Are you working with MyBet.com? - Payment missing
Hello.
In the beginning of April MyBet relaunched with a new betting platform - and it is impressive!
But the migration was not totally succesful i guess and 4/4 i got this mail from them:
Due to the recent migration into our new website and to a new structured customer database, delays or incomplete integration of customer data has occured. All registration and activity data will still be stored properly. The missing data will be updated automatically as soon as possible.
We appreciate your understanding
On MyBet affiliates website is says that the guarantee payment within 7 working days on the player account - but that is not a guarantee as i always have to write to them every month before receiving my payment.
But this month nothing happend, and i wrote 19/4 that i would appreciate to know what happends with the payment and maybe a timeframe..
The aff manager told me that the mail from 4/4 says it all.. there is some missing data they have to collect before they can pay.
He didn't provide me with a timeframe ( i asked twice) and he claims that is a data issue..
Now its 26/4 and still nothing heard or received.
From d. 8/4 i could see the missing stats i have been waiting for.. and everything seems to run very correct right now so its frustrating that they keep holding my commission instead of paying out.
The aff manager claims that that mail from 4/4 told me to respect this situation about stats and payment.. but nothing in that e-mail told me that it would affect my payment.
Is there anybody working with them - and are you calm about this situation and there non-communication?

I'm waiting for the commission for April to be paid. I think they have a real chaos in the affiliate system, payouts etc...

Im waiting for March and April, and i was told last week that they are fixing it right now with netrefer, and didnt get back to me since.. I am top frustrated and are wondering how this problem aint discussed more on forums.. Maybe we are the only 2 affiliates?

Not sure what's going on with mybet but I'm also missing payments for March & April. Their are clearly having troubles with importing data into the affiliate system and that's always a warning sign when everything used to run smoothly. It seems they were in financial trouble (don't want to spread rumours but that's the way it looks to me) but have reached an out-of-court settlement now with some german lottery company that will bring them around €12 million. https://www.mybet-se.com/en/ad-hoc-m...en/?story=1043
I'm sure mybet is following this thread and a rep of the company should come forward and tell us what's going on. All those silent Platinum sponsors on GPWA. I just don't get it ...

On March 21st 2017 we migrated all our players to a new gaming platform.
The start of the new platform came with a lot of work from all departments within the mybet organisation.
With the switch to our new structured customer database, incomplete integration of customer data has occured. The amount of data that we had to move over to the new platform has exceeded all our previous projects.
We can assure that all your players?data is safely stored in our database, but in order to make sure the March and April earnings calculations are correct we need to perform some manual data transfer, which is causing delays on payments and affecting ALL affiliates.
We are putting every possible effort to resolve the issue.
We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this may have caused and appreciate your patience!

I will contact mybet to get an update. My understanding is this is not closed yet.
