when Earnings pays out?

Hello,

I want to know when the payments of the earnings will be made..

Im new with the ComeOn! earning program, so i hope everything will be fine.

Was just getting a message, that payments always made on the second week of the new month.

So i think it will be fine

Yeah these guys always pay pretty consistently. I'm not sure exactly when but I know it always hits my bank account fairly early (compared to some others) without me ever having to chase it up.

Still waiting and got no answer from earn since 2 days. I like comeon and earn but the affiliate-guys are really slow in responding... :/

June has been paid (to my player account), I agree, they are too slow at responding & it is such a shame as they are a great program otherwise

Got the answers yesterday and today:

1. Will be paid "this week"
2. Will be paid "soon"

Very unusual...

Sorry! Just checked again and it was May that I was paid & not June yet, sorry for the wrong info

And again I (or we?) have to wait for the payment.

I wrote to Andrew via Skype, he said "yes", I asked when the payment will be done... and then.. silence. No Answer.
Wrote an email too today. Looking forward to get an answer this century...

I will not cry when I get my money some days / weeks later, but a short info and all would be happy.

Really annoying this communication.

Got an answer today via mail:

They have some issues with sportsbook-whatever

Payment should be done today or tomorrow..

We have indeed just communicated. We are very sorry for the delay but our accounting team is working as fast as they can at the moment! We did have to wait for some Sportsbook numbers from our traders but all will be fine and settled shortly.

5 days later and still nothing...

But I see (now) that I'm "under limit" with my outstanding payment.. But in the past "under limit" balances were paid also.

Hi Freakspin,

The payments were made on the 18th of December. Unfortunately, we do not pay out under 50 euro. But once your commission of the past months reaches 50 euro or higher, this will be included in our payout.

please change your terms; especially this point:

4.2 Commissions
Your commissions will be paid to you on a monthly basis approximately between the 5th and the 10th day of each month

Therefore you will get your payments either at the end of this week or next week.

...or next full moon...

At this point I want to repeat my suggestions for you "affiliate-managers":

Please:

1. Speed up communications
Waiting for the email-response more than 2 days - this is not to way to care your partners.

2. Do payments according your terms
I guess I only got 1 or 2 payments in-time (between 5th and 10th).

3. If you don't - please drop us an info
..and we hold the horses.

4. Give us reliable infos
This month I got 3 different "opinions" when the payments will be done.

I like ComeOn/Mobilbet etc.. but - as I said - this is not the way to do business with your partners.

In big hope that you take this seriously and do it better in future!
