    @TravG
    That's really great.
But AM do not spend endless hours doing everything affiliates do:
    - programming & coding
    - graphics for site
    - internet marketing
    - SEO (whatever it means)
    - great content
    - checking affiliate programs
... the list is very long.
It's really hard to become at the top of Alexa and search engines for lonely affiliate girl/boy.
AM end her/his job at 5pm and go home.
    Amen

For beginning, aff.managers must check they emails at least one time a day.
I am affiliate, i am not AM. But i am checked my email at least 4 times/day, 7 days a week. If i receive some urgent or important message - i reply immediately.

But some aff.managers do not do the same. I don't know, what they do all day.

For example: what i do all day today?
The answer: try to connect with affiliate team from iGamingPartners.com

Every time the one and same story with this guys. If i need something - i write email to they official email. Ofcourse - no response. And only when i send tonns of emails, have several conversations with live casino support, send message from fb on they pages, find contacts in linkedin, they find somebody from aff.team who replay me.
Is this normal? This program have very good brands, but i think sooner or later i remove all they banners, becouse this is impossible to work with poor afffiliate team.

For example, now they miss my payment for March 2015, no any information, and i spend my time to find somebody from they aff.team.

Or another example - EFB Affiliate. I sign-up at they aff.account. Under they own T&C they must review new account within next 48 hrs. After 7 days - account still inactive. I wrote to they official email, i wrote to emails that i find in LinkedIN. No Replay, no response. Only after my conversation with casino support team (players support team) they find someone from affiliate team.

Is this normal? But if you see aff.managers profiles in LinkedIN - you see how they are all big professional. Many years in experience in online business, university degrees, MBA, workaholics... this is all bullshit. If you wanna be good aff.manager - all that you need, always stay in touch with affiliate.

p.s. i am very angry. Today i need to work with my sites, but i spend my time, to find
someone from my aff.team. If you delay payment, sent short letter, "...sorry. we delay you payment". Thats all.

p.p.s. Oh forget, today is Saturday - weekend day.
loafers - have rest. Your don't pay your affiliate on time, your don't notify him about payment delay, your 24/7 unavailable, but SATURDAY & SUNDAY is weekend for you.

This is sad, because clearly the affiliate managers do not experience delays in receiving their own paychecks.

Absolutely. Shay, for me payment delay is not very critical. Who really make me angry and disapointing - is ignore. If they wrote short e-mail like: "Sorry, we delay payment, we pay you *** days lather" no problem. We all have problems some time.

But in this case - is absolutely ignore. And i think is they forget about my payment, or may be the mistake or something like this...

I don't say, that all aff.managers bad. For example Renee from Rewards Affiliates.
She is brilliant. She is not my manager, but she is always available. She solve all problem very quick. She is always write message like: sorry, i be unavailable within next 18hrs, becouse i fly from Australia to UK. This is very good.
This type of aff.managers must receive big salary, bonuses e.t.c. They do they work very well.

    But some managers.....
