Yep and it doesn't give a very good impression if simple questions are ignored.

Personally i have a good partnership with Ultrapartners and Jerome.
Ok, they have a 25% admin fee. But i rather promote brands with a admin fee that convert instead of brands with a lower fee that don't convert.
For now Ultrapartners has a decent conversion and we are making money with them. See what happens in the future

And he, if you don't like the admin fees you can always promote brands with lower fees. Or you could promote them on a Hybrid or CPA deal
