Thank you for message, we take seriously any complaints our partners have and we reassure you that we will look into this in the near future.

However to reply to your question, Lilibet is using a third party affiliate program and not an in-house like other operators which keeps the admin fees high. The 30% admin fee will remain as is for the time being.

What other fees are deducted from GGR?

Also, promotion and special offers... I would hope you mean these are only deducted as cash-losses, ONLY if wagering is met. EG - you don't deduct Monopoly (bonus) credits lost, wagering not completed, as real cash losses???

Many other programs use third (3rd) party affiliate back end systems.

Not many aff programs have their OWN in-house, bespoke, back ends. It's only a very small number.

Reiterating, the majority of affiliate programs use a third (3rd) party back end. A large % of these programs, charge far less than a 30% admin fee. Hence using a 3rd party back end, is no excuse for a 30% Admin fee... just sayin!

While I'm at it... that 30%... Is that charged at 100% to the affiliate, or reflective on their commission %. EG - If they earn 25% commission, then do they only get charged a 1/4 of that 30% total Admin fee?
