Hi Niall,

Good question. Essentially, some other affiliate programs make deductions for each deposit, withdrawal, bonus, negative carry over, etc. As a fairly new site, we were conflicted which path made the most sense for both operator and affiliate. After discussing with a few our affiliate partners that we worked with when we launched, we decide the flat 10% admin fee was best.

In addition to covering transaction related expenses, it allows us to be more generous with our rake back program, bonuses such as free spins and free bets, and overlays that we constantly have on a daily basis with our poker tournaments.

With this flexibility in offers for the player, it makes life a bit easier for our affiliates to market our site to their players and also allows us to create exclusive offers for each affiliate based off their recommendation to give them additional support for success.

That's essentially the story behind it and the way it works is if your players generate $500 in revenue, 10% is deducted from the revenue as the admin fee and rev share would be calculated on the net of $450.

I think admin and marketing fees suck. Just offer a percentage and stick to it. Truth in marketing when one is dealing with online marketers is important.

All this deduction, admin, marketing fee bullshit is irritating.

Still, you're doing better than Intertops who takes a 20% admin fee and deducts for bonuses. Yes, I'm pissed at Intertops right now.
