Thanks for the welcome and for pointing this out. We have had an internal discussion about this clause and agreed to have it removed. Unfortunately,the person responsible for updating our website at the moment is indisposed, however the new version of the T&Cs will be uploaded by Tuesday laters. In the meantime, I can assure any prospective affiliate, that the clause will not be enforced at any time by us.
