Welcome to the forum. Would you consider removing your program admin fee? You'll have a much better chance at getting new affiliates to register with you.

So if the "Admin Fee" is 25%, and an affiliate is being paid lets say 30% commission, then does the affiliate get charged:
- 100% of the 25% Admin Fee?
- 30% of the 35% Admin Fee?

Hey hey! While everyone is calmed down, it's time to explain this point. Affiliate remuneration is paid on the basis of NGR. We provide NGR Calculation Formula = [Casino Betting - Casino Winnings - Casino Bonuses - Casino Balance Adjustment - Casino Taxes] - Administration Fee (default casino administration fee is 25%). The amount of admin fee is fixed and includes all deductions for bank transfers, commissions to providers and also the casino platform.
If the deal is 30%, then you will receive exactly 30% of the NGR. NGR is a net figure already minus 25% admin fee. If you add 25% to the NGR, then this is the total amount that the player brought.
Example NGR 100 EUR. Your commission is 30%. Therefore, your reward will be 30 euros. If you add 25%, you will find out the total amount - 125 EUR. As a rule, we offer deals from 45%, no less. Deals with 30% are present only in hybrid deals.
