Can you please help me?
I am unable to find affiliates terms, the basis for the contract between affiliate program and webmaster.
The "I agree with Terms&Conditions" on the register website is only a form checkbox, not a link to the terms.

Can't find any backdoors I saw so often. Clear terms, without lawyer language.

Welcome to the GPWA.
I would likely not join a program that the only payment method offered is being paid into a casino betting account.
You clearly state you do NOT accept US Players, and if you do not then you most likely do not accept US Affiliates, or if you do you can NOT pay US Affiliates since they could not create a US Player account and therefore you can not pay US Affiliates. (or maybe you pay money into their accounts and they can not withdraw? that isn't logical)
If this is not the case then the T.O.S. should reflect the correct handling of affiliate monies.
It is interesting that I also do not see payment methods to the standard ewallets that most affiliates in countries other then the US get to use, but none of those would work for US Affiliates even if you did offer them.
