URGENT TRACKER UPDATE

As part of the single wallet system implementation Virgin Games is currently going through, we will stop supporting some of our earlier affiliate trackers. As mentioned in the service newsletter we sent a few weeks back, a specific set of trackers is already not supported anymore, while a few more will become redundant in March next year. While this can seem a while away, we advise you to start updating your trackers as soon as possible to prevent possible broken links next year.

XMAS CRACKERS

Let your players enjoy an amazing Christmas with Virgin Games Christmas Cracker Advent Promotion. It all runs for 14 days from December 10th right up to Christmas Day and great prizes are to be won, from V*Points to cash, Nintendo Wiis to Laptop computers.

There’s a different prize to be won every day during the promotion.

It’s been a couple of busy weeks at Virgin Poker headquarters!
The Virgin Poker website needed a makeover; we have therefore released our new website to coincide with the launch of Virgin Games?single wallet system

IN-HOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

Everyone welcome our brand new customer support team! Part of the single wallet project that Virgin Games started implementing; getting our own in-house call-centre was a priority. It is now a reality with a team of 11 talented individuals who have been hired and trained over the past 2 months to provide trademark Virgin support to our players.

One shouldn’t argue with homesickness, and we didn’t as we bid Lina Eriksson, our Bingo Affiliate Manager, a warm goodbye. She actually needs the warmth as she decided to go back to her cherished Swedish homeland. Lina has been instrumental in building lasting relationships with some of the best Bingo affiliates out there, and her contribution to our affiliate program success in 2008 is not underestimated.

We hope you’ll join us in wishing her the best of luck for her future endeavours. Our new Bingo Affiliate Manager will be starting early January, and I’m pleased to inform you that, if you promote Bingo, you are probably already acquainted with this person.
