Videoslots terminated my affiliate account

Hello

In October I noticed 1125euro earnings in my Videoslots affiliate account. This in addition to around 800euro that have been outstanding payment for some time.

In November they had removed the commission of 1125euro. I had taken a screenshot of it earlier and sent them a mail about it. They said that they would check it out. I never got any answer but they did delete my account as i was not anymore able to log in.

I sent them an e-mail again and asked whats up then I got this answer;

"I'm sorry but you haven't brought us new players in period last months and we terminated inactive account per our T&C if the Affiliate does not generate any new Money Players for a period of 6 (six) months. Please note that as per our T&Cs we do not pay out if you have not had 6 FTDs in the past 3 months."

I have not promoted them for some years but still would like my outstanding commisison to be paid.

Any ideas ?

Videoslots have the most devious terms and conditions out there.. It's a shame as their casino is working very well. Sorry to hear.

nothing. it's their common practice. there is a thread on AGD with many that were treated the same, including myself.

Maybe if more people at AGD were as vocal as I was, over the 5 years you speak of, maybe we wouldn't be having this discussion.

If affiliates want change then say it.

Speak up and keep yelling about. Force those who can change things for the better, to actually change things FOR the better. GPWA, CasinoMeister's webmaster forum, VideoSlots.com should be rogued everywhere for literally robbing their affiliates blind!

Nothing justifies the criminal acts perpetrated by VideoSlots.com, against their affiliate partners.

They need to pay all the affiliates. I will bring them an invoice next time im in Malta. And if they are not willing to pay it I will take out furniture from their office of what they owe me.

Yes they DO need to pay ALL affiliates. As I've said elsewhere, I don't go to conferences because if I did, I'd be locked up within 24 hours, charged with KO'ing some crook who stolen commission from me.

I'm not savvy with Malta Civil Laws, but here in AU, if you can prove your owed money, you can set the debit collector on them.

In Dubai if you owe money and don't pay, your sent to jail... That's why, when sh#t hit the fan more than a few years back, top-flyers who went #ss-up, drove their exotic rides to the airport, jumped planes and left their lambo's, ferrari's etc., etc., abandoned, to collect dust.

Some countries still have laws like this... Just some food for thought and or investigation

Edit:

After thought... If ALL the affiliates who have had their commissions stolen by VideoSlots.com, ALL made formal complaints to law enforcement or any other Gov., Dept which investigates criminal activities in Malta, maybe with enough people voicing their complaints, Alexander might have to answer some serious criminal charges.

To those who protect VideoSlots.com... Sugar coat it how you like BUT... fraud is fraud and theft is theft.
