Hi.

By my experience,The payment of PKR is the slowest in the poker room.

Your support told me this month.

I requested 9th.........Today is 14th....... not paid yet.....!

Suggestion.
Slow payment & long time reserved money will not obtain the repeat customer.

And PKR have many free play tables and playing.........

I think that they bring overload to the game server of the cash game.
You should limit the number of practice tables........Below a current half .
I experience many times that game progress is late by the overload of the game server when I play cash games.
It jeopardizes the fund of the real money player.

Many practice tables and many fun players on PKR.
It is annoying to the real money player.
And long time reserved money..........The person who experienced it will not return to PKR again.

PKR was launched with the intention to attract new players to poker rather than try to poach players from existing, establish rooms, predominantly by offering a very appealing 3D product, so it simply wouldnt make sense to remove any practice/play money tables that these new players start off at, as at some point its likely they will move onto the real money tables.<O:p

Support replied.

5 business days = a week.

After all, One week is necessary to withdraw money from PKR.
It is a surprise.

This almost is the harassment.

PKR will not be able to get the repeat customer.
I am very disappointed.

Of course, I understand it.

However, the number of practice tables of PKR is abnormal.
A lot of real money players think it to be unpleasant.

And I heard it from my many friends on PKR.

You requested your withdrawal at a very busy time as we have just paid affiliates, usually it wont take the full 5 business days when players withdraw throughout the month.

We do get repeat customers, and dont regard this as an issue, but thanks for your suggestion.

But your Transaction Services Team does not pay yet.

Already one week passed.

And [email protected] does not answer..........unbelievable!!!!
