Angry Stay away from Chilli partners!!!

I've been in this industry for more than ten years, I've been through a lot, but I've never seen such vileness. I've been working with the Chilli partner for about a year and I've had earnings with them every month.
Recently I just couldn't log in to my partner account. I wrote to my affiliate manager asking what could be wrong, the answer was that my account is blocked.
When I asked the reason, the answer was that I was sending them fraudulent traffic.
Ok, I understand, but when I asked them why I didn't receive a notification about this by email or by phone, I didn't get an answer.
So, for more than 1 year, I sent them players, generated revenues, and they banned me without a word. If I hadn't asked about it, I might still be promoting them today. I think I can give up my remaining earnings too.

I'm very sorry to hear about your problem. I wouldn't give up just yet and kudos to you for speaking up about it on the GPWA. Hopefully, a representative will answer you shortly for more clarification on this, because what I don't understand, is that this affiliate manager told you that it's fraudulent traffic. That's not your concern, since you only advertise their marketing material in order to promote them and get paid. I feel your pain and people need money more than before now, as the cost of living is increasing and life is getting ever so more difficult, with daily struggles and trouble ahead. Give it a little while now and there's a chance that an affiliate manager will answer on this thread, soon.

Thanks for sharing the info @timicas.
I want to emphasise on few things :
    - if you promoted fraudulent traffic , they should have spotted it in the very first months of the cooperation.

    - also it is their obligation to contact and tell you the reason for closing your account.

    - definitely , you have to fight for your right , as @Cash Bonus said , ' It is not your fault for the fraudulent traffic" , they mention about.

ALso can you specify if you were sending casino or sports traffic. I also do believe that they can cut down the bad accounts or players and you can still receive your income.
Seven times fall, eight times stand.

Thanks drifter8. I only advertised their casinos, without sports betting. Yes, this is a big disappointment for me and it can happen to anyone. Before the holidays, it is quite badly affected, especially since there are fewer and fewer programs worth working with,
And even now I haven't received an email or a call to tell me what's going on. This is pure fraud. I looked it up, I've been working with them since 2021, for more then 2 years, I sent them tons of players over the years. Pure theft,

Still no word from them. So we just experienced one of the biggest scams. But since there is something bad in every good thing and we can learn something from every bad thing, I decided that from now on we will make our own terms of cooperation, which they will have to sign before the start of the work with the given partner. This will also include the fact that if the given partner closes, or blocked us, without a compelling reason and a notification, then they must pay us x amount/each recommended player.
But this is just a plan, I would be happy if someone who already has experience with such contracts could send me a private message, or simply share your experience here.
I think that we should finally do something for the safety of the affiliates, because what Chilli partners did to me today, they might do to you tomorrow.

ok let's add these other in the group together with Betsson and Casumo (for really bad practices).

I'm sorry to hear this and everyone can be in the same situation - usually, in a normal world, these d******s should contact you and openly ask for the traffic sources you were using recently (cause if you worked for them before, means you sent also good traffic).

I mean it seems to me that these operators can do the f**k they want with our affiliate accounts - do they know that I spend thousands of euro to launch media buying campaigns only to see a positive ROI in 6-7 months (eventually)?

is there a way to protect our business? I mean this is not a "wordpress blog and few articles" business anymore..there are budgets and investments done behind the scenes...

I'm thinking to start asking them to sign a contract if they want to work with me from now onwards

We have to put together a contract that protects us too. It would be good if all affiliates put in approximately the same conditions, of course with certain differences. That's why I asked if there is someone among you who already uses something like this, maybe we could be inspired by them

What would you put in the contract?

Which court are we talking about in case of contract breach? Affiliates come from many countries and so do operators. Let's simplify and say an affiliate is in EU and the operator is in EU.

Very good news. Seems that a representative of their affiliate program had the sense and decency to reopen your affiliate account, after reading this thread. I'm glad that it's finally been resolved for you.
