    Default stats screwed again

    fix them once again.

I show players with .20 + .40 cent deposits and earnings of .03 with over 2k in deposits in which the players all lost. So please tell me once again how you get the stats to screw up this much every single month.

Now it says 7 of my 15 or so accounts are closed and I find it hard to believe 7 big players closed their accounts.

Please be aware that information displayed in few categories within our platform is not accurate and this include locked accounts and will kindly ask you to bear with us while we finished this job that should be completed during the course of the day.

Once again we apologize about this and if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us at anytime.

    Are there still problems?

Earlier this month my stats showed a new player (I cant promote you much because the USA restrictions). The player disappeared about a week or so ago. Then on Tuesday my stats showed an unbelievable amount you owed - about $24K (I have a screenshot...) - which disappeared today.

Seriously - you are leaving yourself open to major criticism if stats aren't consistent every day, every month. This industry relies a lot on trust. And I absolutely cannot see what you can be doing the is legitimate to make players appear and disappear and balances to change by tens of thousands of dollars.

I'm not accusing wrongdoing - I think you guys are way better than that. But you have to admit that the appearance is not good.

Oh - and to add to that thought. I hardly come to forums anymore (they are just bickering and bull$hit more often than not). When you have problems, an email would be nice. I've checked all my spam folders and haven't found anything from you in many months. Communication is a big part of the trust I spoke of in my previous post.

    Default About PSP stats.

    Hi Matted

Thank you for the feedback and concerns about this issue.

I would like to start saying that I concur 100% with your observations. Information and communication is quite the base of, not only affiliate-casino relation but it’s definitely main part of any human activity. If there are issues when it comes to information and the way to deliver it, trust can be damaged and therefore we’ll start to see how questions about integrity and professionalism will be raised.

We plead guilty in this case: we should (and we will) improve the way we face this kind of circumstances. So here the situation: as our affiliates now, we made a huge effort in release a platform that will integrate all our brands in one system. PlayShare Partners site is currently facing a second stage, where our team have asses all the issues and feedback from our affiliates in order to improve the way this information is presented to our affiliates. During this week we faced a rather unusual situation in regards calculations within the platform: although all the information about deposits, bonuses, players, commissions etc. has been and will be safe internally, PSP fail this time to made the correct calculations of the different variables on which commissions are based and therefore fail to display correct amounts within the site, as it calculate commissions on Income alone not incorporating payouts to the equation. As consequence, commission amounts displayed within the site were incorrect and way high.

After a few hours of work, our IT department indentified the problem and gave a solution to it, although we are looking for a permanet one that should be finally put into place shortly (you may experience some inconvenience during this time while we we work to achieve this, again apologies for this) We assume our mistake in not inform our affiliates about this as we thought well be a easy and short fix, which finally extended a bit more of what we expected and decide to give the necessary information to our affiliates as they come in enquiring about.

Finally I would like to say that we certainly learn from this situation, and as you said, the trust and reputation built during this time by PlayShare and our affiliate program has not been for free. Once again we apologize about any inconvenience caused, and if you have further questions please do not hesitate and contact us at anytime.

    Warm regards

    Default About PSP

    Hello everyone

    Trust you are doing well.

After review all the information displayed within our platform during this morning, we have decided to temporarily close PSP site. Again this is an issue that refers to the correct display of figures related to income / payouts, situation that has been detected in the last 2 days, leading to show incorrect statistics. You will find the following message:

Due to unforeseen technical issues with our reporting systems, this site will unfortunately not be accessible for the time being. The site should be accessible by Tuesday, March 23, if not before.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience... <O</O

Please note that all player tracking is still fully functional and is not affected by these issues in any way
    <O</O

We would like to, once again, apologize about this issue. We are certainly taking this situation seriously and therefore we will take a bit more time than expected to perform all the necessary tests and reviews in order to deliver the product you deserve. Please have in mind that this situation has zero impact when it comes to the correct information of players, deposits, tracking etc. that internally is fully functional.

We ask you to please bear with us, your patience y truly appreciated.
    Warm regards
