    Hi GCG,

I read your post and would like to address your concerns individually (same for everyone else claiming to have the same issue).
I hope you would allow us the chance to get to the bottom of this matter and find a way out before coming to a conclusion.

We would not come with excuses but explanations of the real facts if you give StarPartner the chance to address your concerns at a personal level.

Please do contact through the below details and we will go through your account in details.

    Best regards,

    Fabrice

Abnormally low player values for us too. Never seen a Microgaming casino with worse deposits or average player value.

"we can discuss and thoroughly check your account for those allegations."
"I read your post and would like to address your concerns individually (same for everyone else claiming to have the same issue)"

    Very interesting.

With both sentences [indirectly] the possibility will be ruled out, that this is a general issue e.g. with the affiliate software.
Everything will be declared [indirectly] as pure individually issues.

But the possibility can not be ruled out, that this is a general issue ... with one exception:
One knows, that it is a general issue, but don't want to talk about it, because there is more behind, with the knowledge, that it is almost impossible for affected webmaster to prove it.

Now common sense enters the playfield.

For the 1st person who has an issue with missing players you can say, perhaps 3 more exist who may not be aware of it or do not write here, and they believe (!), that there is something wrong.

But with every more person the number raises progressive and slowly but surely the "believe" change into "knowledge".

So for the 2nd you can say, there are 6 more, for the third 12 more ... double it!

The probability, that the "allegations" are correct - without a direct proof - increases progressive with the number of affected webmasters who writes about it in the public.

Here are four persons who say openly, that there is something wrong.
On Affiliate Guard Dog I also see Moonlight Cat, and his proverbial good nose for these things is well known.

So common sense says, that the "allegations" are close to the truth.
    Not with absolute certainty.
But with certain probability that is higher than the result of a coin flip.

That also means, that this problem must be cleared openly and with transparency.

My Stats do not look much better .....
And I always felt that I should make much more money with Starpartner than I did.
    Something is just not right.

    Total customers: 8356
    Total deposits this year: €582

We are considering redirecting all their brands on our site to other MG casinos.

    Hi Dear members (Affiliates),

We truly appreciate the concerns and points raised. Eventually the request for a more direct contact was to address each one of them with thorough investigations and then come back to the forum to clear things up. No intention of hiding or sorting matters privately.

I reiterate that this is very critical to us and since it clearly seems to be an issue of the past with existing (old players), we can only address this by investigating historical stats. Reason why i plead with you to help us in that way by contacting us.

    regards,
    Fabrice

Seeing how they redirected all USA traffic to other casinos with no stats available and sold our UK players to Roxy who then closed and sent them to 32 Red....its no surprise to me.

2984 players referred and made $42.00 this year

I always said something is not right, also before you were on Myaffiliates.
Somehow my depositors never seemed to play long at your casinos.

Several times I asked my affiliate managers ( cannot remember anymore how many different affiliate managers I had in the years promoting your brands) to check, and tell me a reason why we earn so much less with Starpartner/VegasPartner brands comparing to other programs.

Well, I was always only told like ..... Ja sorry, you only referred a few big players, this one and the other one have stopped playing.

Of course you closed brands, reopened some again, to close them then again.
Cinema Casino players i.e. are now playing in Golden Riviera.
Well ........ player had a Golden Riviera account through affiliate1 + a Cinema account through affiliate2.
So one affiliate is of course loosing here for sure.

There have been many changes, many affiliate managers, diffrent programs ..... VegasPartner, Starpartner.....

Whatever, fact is for me, I am not making the money I should.

I think some forum members forget this stories.
    So, i remind it.

    1.) Number 1. English version.

    https://www.wmcash24.com/forum/stealing-...ng-192167.html

    2.) Number 2. Russian version.

(I understand, that most GPWA members don't understand Russian. So, the short summary of story #2:
StarPartner stealing highroller (Russian affiliate have former StarPartner aff.manager confession).

    https://www.wmcash24.com/forum/star-partner-192333.html

After all these interesting stories, StarPartner was removed from GPWA.
But now they here again. The same team, the same brand...

I have evidence in my drawer, that in this industry players will be removed from the affiliate account to a "ghost account" and remain there as long as especially high and constant depositors go broke. After this the financial corpse will be rebooked back to the affiliate account. In a lot of cases they never return to the affiliate.

Sometimes within one hour new players vanish without a trace, and you will not be aware of this if you have e.g. a tracking system that updates the statistics only once a day or if you do not observe the statistics all the time, but this is impossible.

From time to time you can see a glitch of this fraud, when you have a new player in your statistics that came from nowhere, from nowhere because she / he deposits but never made a real first deposit.

It's a glitch in the booking management between ghost and real accounts.

It is alarming that a lot of affiliates are in the same situation with "Star"partner / aka "Vegas"Partner.

I received a private message from another affiliate stating abnormal low player activity / earnings and almost a zero conversion rate.

Also at the AGD site members are posting similar stories.

Given the fact that a lot of affiliates stay at the site lines, feeling uncomfortable to post or do not expect any changes to be made by Starpartner the plunder will continue.

"Ecogra affiliate certification" what a laugh.

The Village Idiot, I must be stupid to believe those stats to be the real deal or do you have another database with the different data ?

I had recently seen something similar, I had stats showing an extra 65k one day, then the next it was gone and back to normal stats.. when iI asked abut it it was "must have been a glitch in reporting" This was another long time Microgaming aff program.

    You are a truthseeker?
    Interested in small details?
Details, that are public and can build an overall picture?
    Your wait is over!

Full public historical event report with more than 60 entries:

    ===> https://www.aihitdata.com/company/00...R/history#main

Very interesting are small details like e.g. "2013-08-14 delete phone 397858523" or all the deleted individuals and when they vanished.
