Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

Star Partner not sure what kind of games you like playing but people deserve better. I see no straight answers just lies. And its' sad because hundreds of people worked so very hard to get where you are today.
How long will the pillaging go on for? Return the players to their respected referrals and stop cheating us. Yes its' that simple.
Also I will extend the courtesy of a room for lies and blackball you ASAP. If the unfair terms are not enough the audacity to boldly lie to your partners is crazy.
Over the next few days there will be many affs contacting you for resolving some issues. Please seize the moment and come clean.

In fact we are wasting our time to address issues.
I was told by the new affiliate manager "if you do not like us do not promote us"
I have them on some pages it is about time to get those cleaned too.

I have been working with Star Partner for years and must say that I have always received my commissions on time in the past but I have not been able to make anything there during the past 6 months despite sending literally thousands of hits. I keep a spreadsheet each month, so have these figures and thought I would share them with you guys as it has now got me thinking of all the traffic I am wasting:
April 2010 - 1246 hits, 10 downloads, 2 signups, 1 depositor, earnings $ 13.18
May 2010 - 1730 hits, 9 downloads, 2 signups, 0 depositor, earnings $0.00
June 2010 - 1350 hits, 8 downloads, 1 signup, 0 depositor, earnings $0.00
July 2010 - 1600 hits, 5 downloads, 2 signups, 0 depositor, earnings $0.00
August 2010 - 1246 hits, 1 download, 2 signups, 0 depositor, earnings $0.00
September to date - 253 hits, 4 downloads, 2 signups, 0 depositor, earnings $0.00
So out of a total of 7425 hits, I have had 1 depositor and made $13.18
Please also bear in mind that ALL of my traffic is search engine traffic which leads to my gambling websites, so its not as though I have added them on a free click program or something.

I have been talking (albeit lightly) to StarPartner over recent weeks with regard to possibly giving them some kind of coverage. This thread has not helped their cause one bit...
pgaming (13 September 2010)
Funny how some programs class affiliates as a bunch "hot heads". Go figure, the odds of being treated in a honest manner is void. Year after year its' the same old song and dance. We are made to believe there exists a true partnership I really think not.
The thread should be titled "Loins Eat Their Young".
Give us break already and give back those referrals start tracking properly. I hope this is done by week's end Star Un -Partnered.
I strongly advise no one work with these people certified or not. I ran across a few docs and am certain affiliates are being grossly ripped off. I refuse to post proof unless Star Partner admits to their deceitful ways and comes clean.
Pure arrogance IMO. Star Partner this is going to be a very rocky road I can guarantee it."if you do not like us do not promote us"

Well what is interesting is that after I made a post in this thread all clicks virtually came to a complete stop at Starpartner. We check our server and found that Starpartner linked to our site via this thread and then began doing a detailed search about our site.
Pretty interesting if you ask me and seriously suspicious. A number of months ago I had a number of friends sign up via my link and register real money accts to see if they would be credited and they were not! Only after I bitched about it did they get credited.
StatPartner will be permantly off my sites after what I have seen in the last few days and they'll be added to our blacklist of non reputable casinos. The new affiliate manager replied to emails about as fast as my friggen kids clean thier rooms and this is one program I'd suggest is no longer worth promoting unless they prepay for it!

Sheriff Anthony brought this thread to my attention earlier today. Since that time I have had a conference call with Anthony and Steven (CityGuard) about the issues that have been brought up in this thread.
We don't like the picture some of these posts paint, and are also concerned that questions have gone unanswered.
In our call earlier today we decided:
1. Anthony is going to contact yuvalh again to try to make sure we understand the story behind the posts he made indicating matters were resolved.
2. We are going to ask Star Partners to specifically respond to the questions raised by Andy (kwblue) in this thread and to other question identified by Anthony as requiring answers.
3. We are going to talk to Start Partners about the seriousness of these issues and the fact that it is our policy to discontinue sponsor relationships when these sorts of issues are not resolved in fashion consisent with the requirements of our code of conduct.

Thank you Michael!
Regards,
additional to all the questions pls look at the latest post regarding the request for player deposit reports in the starpartner section.
@ Anthony pls PM me that I am right about the emails I have sent you
Thnx.
I have no dog in this race except to say I am shocked a program thinks it is ok to only store data for 4 months or so.does this mean every 4 months or so players are dropping off the radar?
We are doing our year end now and from time to time I have to look up old payments when i am not sure which program sent us wires. It helps us when programs has all our history there!
Daera (26 September 2010)
Are question being ignored by Starpartner repeatedly?
1. Cross marketing question has not been answered to.
2. I have been promised player deposit reports
According to the GPWA sponsor agreement programs are obligated to repond in a timely manner.
I will notify Ecogra about this too as they have the affiliate program seal.
Daera (26 September 2010)
eCOGRA are very unlikely to do a thing unless it could affect themselves. Really, they're toothless.
I got a mailing from them the other day, I figured I would take the time to reply and tell them about a few problems I have been having....
Funny thing is (not really funny) by replying to an email the font they picked for replies is the same color as the background so I have no idea if I actuallu typed anything without typos or if anyone can read anything sent and since it was so difficult to actually converse with anyone this way I stopped typing and clicked send....
....oh well next....

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!
Hi All,
Regarding yuvalh this issue has been resolved and he will remain on his current rev share.
We will not be changing the terms retroactively.
However we will be adding a new clause to our terms and conditions that will only apply to new affiliates who sign up once the term is in place.
This term will stipulate that affiliates who do not bring at least 1 purchasing player (over $100) in one calendar month will earn 20% rev share.
New players who generate an income greater than $20,000 will result in the affiliate earning a commission of 31% or higher for both new and existing accounts.
If not affiliates will get paid 20% commission for existing accounts and 27% commission for new accounts.

This assumes to be sorted then? New affiliates may not like the 'new' terms but they at least have the opportunity to say 'no'.
Thanks, Melanie, for stating clearly that your organization will not be making changes that would alter the terms agreed with respect to existing affiliates. I think that was a really important statement to make, and one that addresses the heart of some of the concerns that have been raised in this thread in terms of acting honorably on that front. The other front on which I know webmasters are looking for answers is in the cross-marketing area raised in another thread.
In terms of the rules that would apply to new webmasters, I'm not sure I understood everything being said, and so I'm not sure I want to comment on them extensively since I presume the actual proposed changes will be clearer. But if I understand what you have said correctly, I think it would mean that most new webmasters would just have to assume a 20% revenue share in determining whether they felt it made sense to do business with your organization because they could not count on consistently being able to meet the stated criteria for new signups to earn a greater amount. That might make it hard for your organization to grow in terms of bringing in new webmasters because a 20% revenue share is less than what many webmasters would require to enter into a new business relationship. But it would be fair because webmasters would know they were making that decision up front.
