    why I not receive payment this month and service together with an account manager ignores me, if someone can tell me why is it whenever I waiting for payment, that it was a little unprofessional as the sponsor of this forum,

    Hi Rafal,

    The commissions are generated on the 1st and also on the 15th of the month (2X Monthly) and as stated in our T&C and we have up to 10 days to confirm and settle. We try to settle all affiliate payments in a swift timely manner, but due to weekends/public holidays and affiliate checks this tends to have things run a few days later than the first day of the month. Most of the Neteller and Skrill payments were sent yesterday, the rest and the Bank Wires will be sent shortly.

    As for the contact of Affiliate Manager, you just contacted him earlier today, you should hear from him shortly. We do our utmost to provide fast responses but also appreciate some leniency in terms of time frame to responses.

    unfortunately I contacted with him yesterday and he replied after I placing thread in this forum today,


    does not change the fact that already 4th time I became skipped from payment as today

    You are complaining in public because you didn't get your payment this month? You mean June? We are only the 4th.

    If everyone started complaining about not getting paid after 4 days there wouldn't be much business left I think. I'm not talking about affiliates only but in general. Being paid after 4 days is very good in my experience, there are not much companies who are able to do that.

    No, because at the four payment I was four times skipped, I received a first payment after 2 months when I wrote a post on this
    forum, sooner over 1 or 2 months I wrote e-mails to support and AM but I not receive a response

    Not sure why there was such lapse in communication that you payment wasn't processed earlier...However, one thing is certain is that GPWA is the place to get problems resolved. Please feel free to contact StarGames here or me personally anytime.
