Today the peel ad has changed to a charity event, I used your site thecanadiangambler(nice site btw) to test this out again and followed all the way through the same steps and guess what the end result btag is?? btag=xxx.vegaspartnerlounge[dot]com/charity.asp'

This company has high rollers and whales falling into that great blue abyss more then any other out there! They forget to renew domains all the time, they have changed affiliate sites and urls more then any other program out there ! When a company is constantly changing aff programs and making affiliates change the links they have on all sites it tells me they are cleaning house washing out the non active affiliates! Please look at the history here folks this company is smelling of trouble!!?
Yep you are so right this company sure exploits a very shady operation and there is definately something VERY VERY fishy about them. I have been told they do not like to give transparancy to employees that work for them so now you know why their affiliate managers phrase all posts as general statements. Some could not stand that and left just recently.

I am confused if your using the same exact tracking code in all the mails sent how is it you can determine what affiliate sent you the original player
The idea was/is to run a query to determine a player that signed up thru that promo btag. Where the player last played that affiliate should get the credit.

BUT if the player has signed up with an incorrect btag like eg btag=xxx.vegaspartnerlounge[dot]com/charity.asp' that can never be found in a query in that way Star Partner will get that player from you with no cost.

<TABLE border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=6 width="100%"><TBODY><TR><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: 1px inset; BORDER-LEFT: 1px inset; BORDER-TOP: 1px inset; BORDER-RIGHT: 1px inset" class=alt2>Once a player registers an account a query is run in our backend that maps the player to the affiliate that referred the last played account. </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

BUT WHAT IF THE PLAYER SIGNS UP AT 2 OR MORE CASINOS AND HE/SHE HAPPENS TO HAVE FIRST PLAYED AT JUST 1 CASINO?

    EG:

A maple player referred by Affiliate Ant gets this promo and signs up at sun vegas and crazy vegas. plays at sun vegas for $25 and leaves. A week later he plays again at Maple Casino for $25 and leaves. A week later he tries at Crazy Vegas for $5000 and loses all who will get the credit for that? Affiliate Ant or Starpartner ?

    Hi Everyone,

As mentioned in my previous post on 18th October 2010, we are pleased to announce that we have completed the exercise of making right on any untagged players.

We have audited the history of our data-base and found a solution that benefits everyone. It was an arduous task that took a little longer than was anticipated and we have given many affiliates the benefit of the doubt with regards to past players.

As always, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile, any past earnings due to affiliates, based on the above exercise, will be added to their October earnings. All affiliates that will be receiving additional payments have been notified via email.

Since there still seems to be some confusion regarding future mails here’s what we have found to be the fairest solution:

From now on, ALL GROUP MAILERS WILL BE TAGGED with an internal VPL tag.

If a player downloads a casino as a result of any internal communication, they will be mapped to the tag of the last casino where they played. Thus, the tag of the last played account will be allocated to the player on the new brand. This is set up in our back end and has been tested and is working.

We hope this meets with your approval and we look forward to future business with you.

    Regards,

    Antoinette

You must be very happy with yourself and either be very ignorant to affiliates or just plain arrogant to avoid legit questions.

BTW I have not been contacted too.

    Hi,

Just want to let you all know that I have replied privately to pgaming's request.

The Star Partner team has been busy with finalizing affiliate payments for October over the last few days and as soon as we are done, I will provide pgaming's stats.

    Thanks

    Regards,

    Antoinette

    Default How do we know?

If we are unable to see our stats after four months how do we know what is going on. I have had tons of downloads before and a few sign ups and never any depositing players then in october it shows one player and I don't know if they are being honest. Then I also have a player that has never wagered but shows $2.90 incentive. How are we suppose to know if there is commissions from a year ago 6 months ago. Plus I emailed them to change my address and banking details but no one has got back to me.

I give up, they have no stats for my account otherwise they would have produced them already.

Here's the proof Star Partner is Unpartnered. Therefore, I would not have them listed at the GPWA. In addition I have received numerous emails from other members with deep concerns.

In the midst of hard economic times this is surely tragic for many webmasters.

Guilty as hell and just laugh at us all!!

Funny in the last few months I built 5 sites for others, not related to this industry. The work load is huge. Also had one very tragic event. I was so saturated I totally forgot about the rogue site lol.

And you know I will list Star Partner next to Grand Prive

    Thank you for updating us.

    Star Partner,
Don't you feel 18 days is a bit excessive?

Yes I do think 18 days is an excessive waiting period for stats to be emailed to me. And for me it paints a picture of an unrealistic partnership. So I am left to draw my own conclusions, Star Partner is very much in the untrustworthy zone. I realize also others may share my thoughts.

I will list on my site as being an untrustworthy program and that does not pay their advertisers. I think Star Partners has been given enough free money from affiliates.

    Again, tragic!
