Hi
I've been trying to load Silver Dollar instant play version but it's just not loading for me. I'll post a screenshot below to show how far I can get. I've left it for some 15 minutes or so, waiting for it to start.

I've tried this again today and can't get any further.

I just tried it and had no problem connecting at all.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
What version of flash are you running?
Cheers, Nick. Apparently, my version of flash is 10.2.152.32 - rather precise
Do you happen to have another computer lying around to try just for the heck of it? It helps rule out that it is realted to your system.
Beyond that, have you tried more than one browser?
How about clearing cookies? (or at least the SD cookie)

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

It's working now
Right, I did manage to get into Silver Dollar but I've got some criticisms. I do hope these criticisms come across as constructive 'cos I do think the experience I've had will be damaging conversions.
I signed up and waited for the $5 no deposit bonus to be credited. Nothing happened and there was nothing in the cashier. I also received no e-mail telling me how or when it would be credted. After a day or so, I e-mailed support and received a reply advising "Please note that all qualifying accounts will be credited automatically with the free $5.00 within 1 business day from the account creation date"
So I waited another 24 hours, checked my Silver Dollar account and still nothing in there. So I e-mailed Silver Dollar support again, chasing the bonus, and received this reply:
"We would like to inform you that we have checked your account and we noticed that you are located in the UK. Unfortunately our Silver Dollar Casino does not support UK players. We do have a UK version but in one of our other sister casinos which is English Harbour. We would suggest you to go to www.EnglishHarbour.com and at the very top right of the screen click on UK. Afterwards you will be able to download and create a new account from the UK version."
There a few things to take from this reply. First, why could I even join Silver Dollar if they don't accept UK players? What if I'd deposited and won? Would I have been able to cashout? What countries are NOT allowed at Siliver Dollar? Why are UK players excluded from playing? Are UK players excluded from any of your other brands and if so, are players normally advised about this?
Also, support were trying to send me directly to another casino. What if I'd visited via an affiliate previously? They'd have lost me as a player and have lost any commision due.
Plenty for you to take into account. I'd like to send players to Silver Dollar but right now, it's not attractive.
Just keeping this live.
I am also interested in the outcome of this too.
I happen to like Silver Dollar and the flash version of the site does convert for me.

Hey Rob,
Sorry to get back to you late on this. While the response you got from the CS rep was incorrect, this situation is a bit tricky.
Silver Dollar DOES accept UK players; however, they are not eligible for bonuses, nor can they deposit using credit card. They must deposit using an ewallet.
As these casinos focus primarily on the US market (and transactions processed in USD), we reserve our credit card processing for US players. EHUK is the place where UK players can get bonuses and use credit card to deposit, as transactions are in GBP.
The CS rep should not have redirected you to EHUK; however, I think it was an honest mistake and not maliciously trying to direct away from an affiliate tag or anything like that. I have informed management of the CS department of the situation.
I hope that answers your question.
Cheers,
Nick
