Shaved by another micro?

Looking at my Brightshare stats I have some good numbers but little payment. Here is why.

I have an Itaian player who deposited a lot and I am being paid 15% for this... have an italian account seperate so I cant see how I have a Italian player in my regular account with such poor%

Secondly I have a Canadian account fro 2007, that was placed on a mobile acount now at some 25%! So they moved my old player to a low paying mobile status somehow as I am sure he did not sign up in 2007 as a mobile player.

In asking to make all these the same as my default I get no answer..

I have responded to allfreechip's post directly by email so as not to reveal affiliate details publicly. This GPWA response is an edited form of that email:

Regarding your Italian player.....yes, Italy is a closed market for which our T+C's make it very clear that we pay 15%. This player came in long before regulation in Italy and therefore came into BrightShare.com, not BrightShare.it. Due to regulation, these are two separate entities and players cannot be moved back and forth.

And regarding the Canadian player who is now playing on his mobile....that's correct. We pay according to where the player played. If he plays on his mobile and his PC in the same month, you will see him twice in your report. If he had registered on mobile (default revshare) but played on his PC (enhanced revshare) I'm guessing you wouldn't be complaining or titling your post with the word "shaved" because you'd be getting paid the PC revshare. Unfortunately, I also think you would not be praising us for taking the efforts to set up our systems the way we have in order to pay you according to the player's actual play and not his registration.

From who and when did you ask for something from BrightShare and "get no answer?" Because I have never not answered an email from you nor have I ever received a request from you through Support, which I didn't answer. Please forward me the email you sent so I can check into this.

In the old days a deal was a deal, Now it has turned into an accounting mess. Just seems if there is a revshare deal it would apply to everything, and when you look at a player from 2007 now on a lower payment plan because they use a mobile device why would I or any other affiliate want to put Micro players on that plan over others that do not?

From the sounds of it, the reporting system is very detailed - (deserves to be applauded).

Regarding the "enhanced rev share". I'm of the firm belief that because the player was brought in from the campaign containing the "enhanced rev share", he should track at the same rate on the mobile channel.

Why, you wonder?

1. Q - How did the player find his/her way to the brand? A- via "allfreechips'" affiliate link back in 2007 (a VERY loyal player).

2. Q - How did the player find his/her way to the mobile casino? A - ???

I don't think anything unethical was done. However, if the player came to you by affiliate link and the player somehow found his way to the mobile casino - I think the affiliate should be compensated at the same rate. Correct me if I'm wrong, the mobile casino and the actual Internet casino are similar in nature (i.e. - apples to apples, not casino to sports betting or poker), right?

If the affiliate did not send you this player originally, he/she may well have found another casino at which to play. The right thing in this case (in my opinion) is to compensate the affiliate at the "enhanced rate" for mobile crossover play.

this is an interesting statement, saying I should be happy its by play not by registration.. well no I would not want anyone to register with a low % at all but I can not control how they play.

Amazing the amount of Horse **** these programs come up with to screw you.
