Security Breach What's Goin Down?

I attempted to login to my account yesterday without success and the retrieve password merely returned 'User does not exist in our records.' I then emailed support who requested my username and sent me a new password also stating 'please clean cookies and try again.'

I then logged in to find all my personal details had changed apparently my name is now Thomas Kaden and i live in Sofia Bulgaria, my website address has changed to one which isn't even registered. The kicker being my email address had changed hence the reason i didn't exist your records. I notice I cannot change the email address myself, which means the perpetrator must have been in communication with someone at your end who changed it on their behalf.

After a few emails back and forth you stated:

Your account got mixed with another, but all details in our system are correct, so no worries I’ve set the details again to your account, and all I need from you is your address and phone number. Again, we apologize for this issue, but this was only a human mistake in YOUR login system.

You have not set the details again to my account as nothing has changed it's still displaying incorrectly. You state all the details are are correct in your system so no worries, however you then proceed to ask for my address and phone number. After a further email I asked you to correct my account information if you already have all the correct details and it is indeed a case of 'no worries', however i am still waiting.

You state 'Again, we apologize for this issue, but this was only a human mistake in YOUR login system'.

I notice the emphasis on YOUR as if it is my fault, i very much doubt that. You attempt to down play the incident by stating it was only a human mistake however I’m now afraid people have access to my details not least I have numerous accounts with other bookmakers which could be potentially compromised using the information contained within my 888 account. I would like to know exactly what the problem is and if anybody else has been affected by a breach of security as i am not happy in the slightest.</O

we are working to find out what really happened in our system. We never had this situation before and our affiliates details are well secured.

Apparently we had a bug and I of course we are working to solve it ASAP

Why has the email address still not been corrected? i cannot do it myself because the system restricts it, i have changed the password however the perpetrator can easily use retrieve password and have it sent to their own email address. Sort this **** out today or there will be ramifications and please do not address me as 'dear' as it is condescending.
