With a hush-hush operation a demonic quota term was installed and activated:

The account of the Partner ,may be in the sole discretion of Company, closed and the Contractual Relationship may be terminated if during three successive months no new Paying Actives are generated by the Partner. The Partner will be informed by the company via electronic mail that account will be closed and the Contractual Relationship will be terminated automatically, if during the following 7 days no New Paying Active will be generated by the Partner. The remaining money on the online wallet will not be transferred to the Partner, if he did not create an electronic invoice until the end of the month following the closing of the account.

Hi All,

Just to let you know of some changes at FairPlay Partners. To show our commitment to affiliation we have taken on a new affiliate team, who will be introduced here in the coming days.

One of the first tasks of the new Head of Affiliates is to review the affiliate terms and conditions, this is a task that has already begun.

We will be publishing new affiliate terms in the short future, and this is indeed one of the current terms that are being reviewed. Please bare with us a short time whilst this is being done, and formally changed.

We look forward to being active members on GPWA from now on and a bright future ahead, with some exciting news expected very soon as well.

You was very fast with firing Carmel, the only guy who could make you successful, but 1,100+ hours after your announcement, there is still no new statement here.

Still wait on feedback of the data breach. Ex-affiliate manager took the whole database to exploit on some websites where casinos can buy credits to get contact details of affiliates.

Hi All,

Apologies for the silence on here for well, far too long. There has been some significant change at Fair Play Partners, some of them will be revealed very soon, most likely at LAC.

A lot of what went before us was wrong, we accept that. The issue with Max, our former Affiliate Manager is unfortunate but this is something that happens at times with big programs as well as smaller ones, good programs and bad. A cease and desist letter was immediately sent to Max, without reply (that part is normal). There is very little else we can do, and this is so hard to guard against.

As for Fair Play Partners, we do have a strong team now. My name is Keith Hathaway and I am the new (ish) Head of Affiliates, we have aSenior Affiliate Manager (Maya) and a superb Affiliate Manager called Kev. We will certainly be far more active in the marketplace. This last year is not one to be proud of in terms if the Affiliate Department, but I stand by the fact we have a strong team in place to put things right going forward.

The "News" is that the affiliate program will be renamed, and there will be an entirely new brand. This is an entirely new affiliate brand, and Casino (with Sports too). It will no longer be just Wazdan games but will be launched with NetEnt and Microgaming.

The current Diamond World and Vegas play Casinos will not just disappear, we are not running away with anyone's money. The existing Casinos and affiliate accounts remain.

I am working hard on the launch, the new (and far more affiliate friendly) terms and conditions are being approved now, the program is a lot more aesthetically pleasing and most importantly the product is better. This is all backed up by a superb team, if you search my name on here you will see that I have been around myself for a good few years and my reputation is good.
