Cloudways is good. I have also used Hostinger, even though people don't like it all that much - seemed decent to me.

what is your traffick that you estimate?
your site is small or big?
You host images and video or just images?
your budget?
there are thousands of possibilities regarding hostings
do you think you need CDN?
70% of the time you shouldn't touch it.

Depends on a lot of factors: mostly budget and then traffic/location.
To start, imho, it is enough to use a cheap but reliable one, there are many. I personally used Accuweb and also Reseller Panel for testing.
