Problems with Income Access

Hi

Is anyone having problems with Income Access stats, chiefly BetVictor Casino? We had a similar problem with AW (Betfred) previously, where stats just aren't showing. Players deposit, wager and although you can see the number of casino bets, no revenue generates.

We struggled to get a sensible explanation from Betfred and I have a feeling it will be similar at Victor so just wondered if anyone was in the same boat?

Yes i have had problems with gala stats for two months. And every time i ask anyone to look into it i get asked for screenshots and then nothing happens. This month when i run a simple earnings report i have a negative revenue for the month yet my commission is positive.

Getting a coherent answer that is even close to believable and realistic is impossible.

Exactly. My problems with stats actually started when the terms and conditions changed a few months ago. I questioned why some ftd's as part of my hybrid deal was not triggering the cpa. The answer was because it was a duplicate account but don't worry because i'll still receive the commission for the player.

So when i asked does that mean if one of my players re sign up through someone else's aff link i'll lose that player to which the answer was no they will still be my player. One of these statements must be wrong.

Where do I begin...

Coral --- DRASTIC decrease in conversions and earnings despite deposits being up and clicks being up. #smellsfishy

Gala --- Activity seemingly stopped.

United Commissions --- Often days in between updates of stats. Once they update, they appear to be within the realm of historical norms.

it's almost as if the income access software that wins so many awards maybe very easy to manipulate the stats which in turn could possibly make it very popular amongst voting operators.

All awards in this business are bought. A brand, operator or program having an award, just says they've paid enough sponsor fee.

We have problem with Income Access representatives, who don't visit this forum. From my point of view this is very strange, why IA bought sponsorship in GPWA, if they staff don't visit this forum, and don't read what affiliates wrote here.

If IA have are lot of money, and they buy sponsorship on GPWA becouse they don't know where they may spend company money, i think the best way is send money to charity...

As mentioned in previous threads relating to a similar topic, when encountering stats problems, we first recommend asking your affiliate manager at the given brand for support. If your query is unresolved and you need additional help, please do message me here on GPWA, or email me at allan @ incomeaccess.com.

Delays in stats reporting could happen for a variety of reasons, and we can assure you that if these delays are in IA’s control, we do everything we can to expedite getting stats reported on the same day.

For the current issues a few of you are reporting on this thread, I will reach out to you each individually to support getting those sorted.

Moonlight – I missed the post regarding GoldenPark.es. I will look into this and come back to you.

I parted company with income access after them demanding to have copies of my personal identification sent to them.
