Problem with your english white label

Hows it going, I had a white label up on a domain and got a mate to check it, his antivirus picked up a trojan, Mine never did but its the free avg one I imagine if his did it would happen to other aswell is there anything I can do to fix this? I was gona get a guy to rewrite the whole site for me but its pointless if there is problems with the skins, I took it down right away can you fix this?

I don't understand this post. It seems like it should would make sense in the context of a specific affiliate programs forum section but it is currently in the general forex section. Who is it meant to be addressed to?

Hi Will,

I am looking into this problem for about your friends anti-virus picking up a trojan horse virus from downloading one of our white label skins.

We have many affiliates every week downloading the white label skins and this is the first time that any affiliate or webmaster has approached me about such a problem.

Could you also contact me in the future with any problems or requests that you may have refering to eToro in the section provided or by sending me an email.............or even just to add me to your Skype / MSN for on the spot solutions to all your questions etc

I am always contactable through all the above mediums in the future.

LOL, i am guilty.

It was me that had the issue and i have since had the same with an email containing one of your banners too.

In all fairness, i have had the same email since with the same banner on display and not got it so maybe the issue has gone?

Perhaps its my steam powered anti virus even?

Only posting incase i can help and try to duplicate the issue by going to another white label of yours to check.

I dont think mentioning it in the open on here is detrimental to you btw because if other people have had the issue and just dropped you rather than try to sort it out with you then they will see the result here and may come back.

Thats if other have dropped you that is, not saying that they have.

Hi Paul,

Are you saying to me that you are the friend of Will that tested the white label skin for him?

I am not against any affiliate or webmaster openly posting about any issues he or she may have, but with problems refering to a specific program their is a specific section for this.

If this is how you mean to go on with so called looking into issues for affiliates or webmasters with your ...................not even released "GAU". Then I am very disapointed my friend and I had given my 100% support for this project.

No No NO, dont shoot the messenger my friend! I am not saying that it should have been posted here in the forex generic section at all! 100% not!

It should have course have been posted in your section and of course it should have been a pm to you too or maybe just a pm to you or even just an email!

All i am saying is that it is not a big deal or harmfull posting about it on here! No one is suggesting or thinking i hope, that there is anything going on that could be construed as bad. I am sure that this is a bug somewhere along the line and not yourselves specifically putting something in that is naughty! Christ, it may even be my AV!

I didnt actually test the site for will, he asked for my thought on it when he had launched it and when i went to it my AV burst to life stating an issue. Thats all!

Keith, that is not how i work and i am sure that you know that. I meant no harm to you and certainly did not aim to upset you or give people the idea that there is any sort of issue with your program.

I am promoting you, happy to do so and have no intention of stopping. You are a good guy and i feel your program is too!

Further more, no this is not how i intend to dirtect the GAU either!

I dont make low shots at people as it seems you think i have! I can 100% assure you.

Hi Paul,

I take all affiliates or webmasters issues very seriously and I am the first to behind them to solve any issues and this is the way I operate.

I believe over the years that I have been in the online gaming industry all my colleauges and friends know that I would never promote any site that has not a professinonal team behind me.

I have instructed the department to run all the checks just to be 100% certain that all is in order and I will inform Will on the outcome of these checks.

I also believe that forming "GAU" will only benifit all in our industry.
