Pmnt Issues
This is the second month I've had issues with my payment.
Last month I was told the payment was rejected so I provided my Skrill Account# to the account manager who said they would talk to the finance department the following day to make sure it was updated correctly. I never heard back and even when I emailed that person, they didn't reply. I figured it was sorted out.
Now with the new system, I made sure my payment method was there... my name.. email and currency .. all was there... and no spot for the skrill account #.
I get another notice my payment was rejected. I'm not sure why and haven't received contact from anyone. It should have been looked after last month, but this was not.
Can you please help me get this sorted out?
