Hello. May i ask community to test this link.

Friends, please spend your time and make registration. The problem is, that i suspect, that efbet (income access) affiliate links don't count players sign-up. May be all players, may be players from some jurisdictions that they accept. I made several test registrations. No registrations on stats, only clicks.

I tried to notify efbet affiliate manager about this. He send message to Income Access. Income Access reply that all is fine. But i am not sure about this. And efbet affiliate managers don't want to hear more about this problem. I think public test on afffiliate forum is the one and only evidence that i may create.

I noticed when I click on the "Join Now" button, the "Affiliate Code" text field on the customer registration form remains blank.

Well originally it would always just read the cookie that was set when visiting, whether it is doing that now remains to be seen in testing.

Stats update. 2 sign-ups. 1 real player (i don't think, that this is someone from GPWA or AGD). But at least 2 people sign-up here, and 1 from AGD.
2+1=3. I think some sign-up count, some missing.

Well then for it to be accurate testing you have to know the cookie duration, as well as whether it is an over-writeable cookie or not.

The testers have to double check to make sure to remove any and all cookies associated with the brand.

If the cookies are not over-writeable...could be part of the issue (one issue important enough some affiliates base whether to promote a brand or not on that factor alone)

Hi dear all,
I am having and experiencing the same problem with efbet.com for over a week.
@ Moonlightcat - thanks for starting this thread.
I have been contacting efbet for several days, because my case is as following : I got 5 registrations in a week time and they did register only 1 player, which is ridiculous. I have contacted them to add the other four, because I saw that in the last 2 months I got hundreds of clicks on my aff. links and banners and no registrations at all.

Sorry for delay. I made some research. So, sometimes players are counted. For counted as player visitor must:

1.) Click on efbet affiliate links. After this, player will redirected to https://cdn1.efbet.com

2.) Player must open new browser window

3.) Player must click on efbet affiliate links again. If after this player will be redirect to
https://efbet.com/ without cdn1 sub-domain, he will be counted.

But the problem is, that at least 99% off all efbet affiliate links redirect visitors to cdn1.efbet subdomain. So i am sure that at least 80% off all visitors, who sign-up via efbet links is losted. This is not good.

The problem is, that efbet is very big guys, that have are biggest part of Bulgarian gambling market (They also opereated in offline). When small affiliates like me wrote to them about this situation the Efbet replay was:

1. We sent information to Income Access.
2. Income Access reply to as that all is ok.
3. Question close.

No they did not. I have got the same answers and it is like I am the only one, who is losing clients. I will be persistent and make their days harder, because in the last months I have expected a lot of new sign ups and got just one for 500 clicks.

Why would they? Free players free money. They'd have to be really dumb to rush to help you.

When the stats and numbers dont make sense you stop the promotion. You dont continue sending traffic and hope things magically work out.

The problem is, that efbet players have very good life circle. I see players who play since first days when i start promote them. If efbet have policy to steel affiliates money, i think they best way for this to cutt off old players. In this case affiliate don't have any proof. But players still play. But this way, don't count player - is very strange. The best way from my point of view is - count player and cuttoff it little be later.

But your post contain rational idea. That somebody in Efbet know about this problem. We all remember story (several years ago) about affiliate manager who move new players to another affiliate account. I don't blame anyone yet, but situation is abnormal.

The funny thing is that they run big ads on TV and many posters on the streets and on the other hand they are doing this enormous cheat.
@ Moonlithg CAT , @ xecutable, I agrre with the upper posted staf, but we have to make a big noise, because they are rubbing smaller, medium and bigger affiliates so far.
It is kind of moral or ethic code, I promise will not let the things down. Also they have to compensate us.
I have an idea to create a complaint thread like the one regarding 1xbet. I.e they were stopping their sources for tracking on Friday and opened it up on Sathurday in the afternoon( I stopped promoting them as well).
I am still waiting for a response from them, but I also intend to write to Incose Access as well.

Request from the AGD to audit them i'd say. Don't know who these Efbet are, but I can assure you IA has partnered with crime brands more than once.
