No-one is saying that staff cannot have holidays - but that should NOT mean that the operation turns out the lights for a fortnight.
Is there REALLY no-one else? Is your affiliate "group" just a one-man band?

It was just i tried 3 times maybe 4 actually and did not even get a confirmation.
I do understand vacations and all that - but considering players still play and affiliates still send traffic I would have thought someone would be there at least to reply.
Even a generic auto respond would be professional to say were on vacation till this day.. ect..
Instead of resending you email - can you confirm you got the three emails i sent please?
I would rather not repeat myself - but if you lost my emails i will be happy to email a fifth time.

The office was closed for a week over the holidays to let everyone enjoy Xmas. An email was sent out to our entire affiliate database letting them know the office hours and letting them know who and where to contact in emergency.
We are available almost every single day year round, so I don't think taking a week off to be with family over the Christmas holiday is a lot to ask.
GFPC, forgive me but I do not really know who you are or what your email address is. I personally did not receive 4+ of the same email from anyone over the holiday, nor can I find such a thing on the general mailboxes. Please just forward the email directly to me.
