Default Playshare Marked Predatory at AGD (Issue Now Resolved)

Just an FYI for those considering promoting Playshare and an attempt to educate. Playshare clearly states on their website that there is 'no negitive carryover' when in fact there is.

I have been pretty patient waiting for a response to my query here at the GPWA. *insert: crickets chirping*

    Original post:

    https://www.wmcash24.com/forum/playshare...er-180981.html

As you can see, no response from Playshare or the GPWA. This post is from May. However, I originally asked privately in March. No response. Unacceptable.

There is now 'some sort of response' here after many months:

    https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/for...ers-t1443.html

Thank you Affiliate Guard Dog for looking out for affiliates and taking action.

Edit: Playshare will be at the Budapest conference. Where do we go from here?

Playshare going to Budapest probably to seduce other affiliates and pay for immunity when we get ripped off lol.

We have not publicized this yet, but as of yesterday it has been confirmed that I will be sitting down with Playshare in Budapest... and this topic is at the top of my agenda.

    Hi guys,

If you see Vegas Affiliates there, can you please talk to them about the retroactive bundling? Playshare's actions are disgraceful; VA's are just as bad.

Thank you guys for meeting up with them in Budapest.

It's extremely difficult to understand why we don't see a response here in their own forum at the GPWA.

After Budapest. Seems it will not be posted here so I thought I'd pass it on.

    From AGD: https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/for....html#post9018

    Hi there,

My most sincere apologies for the lack of communication lately... I know it's not an excuse, but we have been travelling to and from Budapest, getting affiliate payments processed, as well as trying to maintain our service levels. It's not easy

As Simmo mentioned, we were at BAC, and I did manage to speak to a few people about this particular situation. We are committed to getting this resolved in the fairest possible way but it is going to require some more work and discussion on our side.

I will endeavor to keep you updated on this forum...

    Regards,
    Lawrence.

I would like to confirm that J.Todd, CityGuard and I had an extended meeting with Playshare in Budapest. We talked in depth about the importance of responding to the affiliate community in a way that would undo damage that has currently been done.

Playshare left with some specific action items to investigate to help further the discussions. I expect further discussion with them once I am back in Boston (my flight is this afternoon since EiG finished yesterday). Personally, I am cautiously optimistic that the meeting we had will result in some tangible changes that will put things in a better place. However, it is still premature to assume any particular outcome quite yet. The only thing that can be said with certainty is that we are having an open dialogue with Playshare at this point in time with the objective of being in a better place at the end of the dialogue.

Responding to the affiliate community, putting things at a better place, further discussion. We have heard this all before several times over the last several month. With all due respect we are beyond that. No reflection on the GPWA.

However, I will continue this fight for a faster outcome. If a program feels it can keep us hanging on and hanging on with absolutly no response and no resolution there will be reprocussions. It is my belief that Playshare has no regard for affiliates. It is tangable that they have no intention on replying to my individual inquirery.

I have a PAB to Casinomeister to help the cause.

Add: Playshare has not responded to affiliates here, I will be requesting removal should this drag on much more. I will also demand removal from affiliate conferences.

Playshare will be talking about by the end of next week, from what I understand. I have chatted (via email) with Lawrence and that is the hope at this point, to have some sort of resolution by next week's end.

    Happy October!

This has been seven months now that PSP will not answer this!

Lawrence, your 'bosses' have made this embarrassing for all of us. Everyone says.. next week we will have an answer.. just wait mojo... give them a break...

Every break is gone guys. Thank you for all your efforts.

I have very little patience left and I'm sure many others as well.

I am very tired from this. I cannot enjoy my job. I do not want to post here anymore. Why are you doing this? I honestly think that if I did not keep being a pain in the azz PSP would hope this would go away. LOL It won't.

    I won't quit lawrence.

    Hey Peter,

It's been so long I can understand that some don't know what happened.

Simply put, PlayShare changed terms in a harmful way without telling anyone. That means they are prone to change terms again without telling anyone. What's worse is that they won't talk about it.

I've been trying to get PSP to talk about this for seven months yet they refuse.

Peter, I guarentee Lawrence will not respond here.

Paula i 100% understand and stand with you on this. Its a disgrace that a "reputable" casino program has decided to tarnish there own reputation by not dealing with this issue and just plain ignoring affiliate concerns and questions.

I guess when it comes to the all mighty dollar even the best people can become assholes.

Were affiliate earnings paid out first before these changes? Usually when a program changes their terms they never publicly post/email anything. Which is very rude IMO.

I can only assume once again affiliates were Playshare's stimulus package.

Not Cool IMO! You never know Mojo they just may show up here and answer your concerns.
