    Exclamation Platin Affiliates / Platin Casino - no or very late payments...

    Hi all,

    Just to inform you guys that Platin Affiliates (Platin Casino) do not respect their own T&C... They promise to pay 15th each month, which is not true. For example, commission for February, 2021, they paid 3 weeks after deadline (in April). Now, we are chasing our March's commission... still unpaid... we have sent them plenty of reminders via email, skype, their live chat, etc. SILENCE... it doesnt look good...

    Beware...

    - all our invoices are always duly sent
    - acc managers: Lena Weidling; Jake Stagno Navarra

    Strange.. We had a look. Our last payments (to Skrill):

    16th Nov 2020
    14th Dec 2020
    15th Jan 2021
    16th Feb 2021
    15th Mar 2021
    16th Apr 2021

    Invoices sent always 5th latest.
    So all fine - at least here.


    Lena is also answering via mail...

    Update 1: Lena contacted us back and they are now investigating this issue.

    Update 2: "We didn't pay the invoice yet. Due to the differences with payment list. Will have it processed this week,"
