    Default Non-Timely Payments

    Hello,
    I just want to say, I don't come on here to bash affiliate programs.
    But when I have an ongoing issue, then I need it addressed.
    The payments are suppose to be made by the 10th of every month.
    Every month, they are late.
    I still haven't been paid yet for this month (along with many others).

    "When does PlayShare Partners process payments?

    We process affiliate payments (equal to, or in excess of, $100) by the 10th day of each month."

    That totally isn't true, because it's normally about 1 week after that.

    Playshare should either adhere to this policy, or revise it.

    Hi Grunt82 and everyone else that will be posting soon.

    It hasn't been our intention to pay as late as we have and keep affiliates waiting. Please accept our apologies for the late payments this month. From next month, the new affiliate program will assist us greatly with getting payments out on time.

    May's payments will start being processed this Wednesday.

    Well, i don't know how you can say this "new program" will help to make on time payments, when my stats aren't even showing up? i had players last month, and deposits, but now, when i check you have me as showing zero activity? whats up with this?

    Glad to see I'm not the only one frustrated and without payment.

    Not glad but you know what I mean.

    Duwayne, you guys used be on top with payments on time every month but over the past 6 months they've been cosistently late and later.

    I was paid by PlayShare via Quicktender on June 18th, 2009 for May 2009 commissions.

    Looking back since 2008, I was paid by Playshare on the following dates for the previous month's commissions.

    Duwayne: Given this history of payment dates, and that this is a recurring issue, I would suggest that this FAQ be updated. Just my $0.02.

    As I said in the linked thread, I think making payments by the 21st is completely acceptable. But when the FAQ says that payments will be made by the 10th, then... well... I can see why folks are getting upset.

    [BTW: The new affiliate site is rockin'. Fast and UP every time I've tried to access it. Also, the default page after logging in (showing month-to-date commissions) is perfect.]

    The new website is up and running, which is great btw, so I am hoping the payments will be made by the 10th.

    Hi Duwayne,
    My last post was never respoonded to, so I will post again.
    I see that the payout date has changed from the 10th, to the 15th, however I see payments will still be late, despite the new website?

    Grunt82, hope by now you have recieved your payment.

    I have always been paid on time with PS/GM but for the past few months
    it seems my few bigger depositors have disappeared. I am also am seeing that in a couple other micro casinos.
    I also am not sure why or what these are but Im seeing these in my stats,

    Which showed I clicks too.
    I did ask Duwayne, he said they were checking on that.
    TY in advance for any and all help trying to figure out why I would see them.

    I'm please to say that the stats problem had been sorted a while ago. Please login to your account and check. If you still problems, please let me know. Regarding the big depositor you were referring to, this player's account was closed due to chargebacks which is a standard process for online casinos.

    Payments should also be alot smoother this month now that we have fimiliarized ourselves with the new system.

    Hello

    I have contacted you and Lawrence by email, but have not been responded to so i am posting here. I have a major problem with your program ever since the update. I have no stats at all for any of my accounts. "grand mondial, quatro, pokershare, casino share".....grand mondial has players usually every month, but i see nothing since the change over....quatro, i have not even seen "click one" since day one?

    I do not want to hear that i just have had no clicks, views, players [especailly at Grand Mondial, that won't fly}....so please look into my account and fix whats wrong, and i hope to at least get a response here from someone.
