    Default No ability to look into individual accounts

    I noticed Betfred have taken away the ability to look at the stats for an individual customer.

    i.e. on the Account report (also called Player report at Coral I think), you used to be able to put a customer number in there, so you could review an individual account from when they joined or for any specified date period.

    I don't do this much but it's useful for big customers to know what they're putting in over time and to review them from when they joined. Betfred have now taken away this facility.

    Cheers guys, another blow to transparency of information.

    You can still do it, they've just taken away the box in the main 'report criteria'. To see player stats either:

    1. Enter the player ID in the box underneath 'Player ID' on the report (next to the sorting arrows). This will allow you to filter by a specific account for whatever time period you've specified - identical to if you'd used it in the box that's now missing.

    2. Click the player ID in the report. This will take to you a historical daily report for that account. As far as I know you can't do any additional filtering or time frames on that report though.

    Ah yeh clever boy Roy! I never noticed those other boxes, just usually used that main box on the main report criteria, so threw a paddy when it was gone haha.

    You're right, this used to be available - we are looking into this with Income Access now to see why the functionality was removed.

    A variation at BetVictor - the entire accounts report does not work - instead it defaults to the earning report.

    Another IA "upgrade" that reduces functionality?
    I wonder which award that will win? Darwin Award perhaps?

    Indeed - it is functioning correctly now.

    I sent an error report to BetVictor via the message system - but I can see that they haven't even read it yet.
    So I doubt it was fixed as a reuslt of that.

    I wonder if it "defaults" when there is no account data for the month - or something like that?

    Could I ask that the country section gets added back to the account report please?, the column is there but the only data I have in there is someone wrote 'numbnuts'

    Just a quick update. Income Access will shortly be releasing a fix for the individual player stats function. In the meantime, you can run account reports and filter reports by placing the player ID in the stats field below the report criteria, and hitting enter.     Anyone else not getting any stats whatsoever (both click/impressions and player data/rev)?

    Just says 'problemnorecordreturn' whenever I try and run a report - including on previous months where the data was there until the weekend.

    it was yesterday, now it has vanished completely today, starting to really think there are serious issues with income access

    Hi, (I'm Irene, work at Pinnacle Sports, kind of new here) Since Income Access is working on their new ad-server, they've had a lot of problems. As far as I know, they're working on it! Even though our affiliates aren't able to generate player specific account reports anymore, I'm still able to run these for them! So if you need more information regarding performance details of specific players, I advise you to ask your account manager .

    Thanks for your comments, we have clarified the issues raised in this thread with Income Access. The columns you were seeing in the account report were named incorrectly and should be Player Name and Username, therefore ‘numbnuts’ is actually a player username. These fields have now been renamed.

    In regards to country data, this data is not yet sent through to Income Access, but we will be looking into implementing this in the future.     Do you deduct for UK point of consumption tax or any other specific country tax? If so, shame on you for deducting but not passing the information on to your partners. There should be transparency.
