Sad news about the continued gridlock in California, but at least there's this: "Unsurprisingly, Terrorists Aren’t Using Online Gambling Sites To Launder Money And Fund Plots." Ironically by the way, sold a California poker related domain name for $xx,xxx in 2015 to an extremely interested party. It still sits idle, except for the links served up by the hosting company behind the servers.
In the grand scheme of things we know online gambling and poker are not exactly the most important things in our lives of course. But what I find saddest of all, however, is that in the various discussions and headlines, especially in recent years anymore, it seems you almost never or hardly ever hear anyone talking about and underlining as foundational the much more important fundamental principles involved re the US, at least not nearly in the degree I believe it should be emphasized: the basic principles of American liberty and opportunity, including opportunity in commerce for the little guy and gal aside from just the big special interests.
I still believe any progress in PA, which does appear likely, will probably also serve as a catalyst to an otherwise quagmired CA as I posted under the previous vid.
