    Default NetRefer Data Manipulation

Hello, I have a quite old account with an affiliate program. I'm sorry, but I am not going to say who is it. For several years, we had a good partnership, but lately, the numbers have been really poor. I was already expecting a reduced commission or even having my account closed, as it happens in some programs.

But what happened was not that, and it's quite strange. From one month to another, I stopped having my normal numbers, and about 85% of my players started winning. The same players who used to generate excellent commissions every month now consistently generate huge losses. If it was just one month, I could accept it as an unbelievable coincidence, but it has been 5 consecutive months where 85% of my players only win, and obviously, my commission is always zero.

There's no doubt that the numbers are manipulated. My question is: how do they do this from a technical point of view? My commission is still set at 40%, so it's not because of that. I also don't believe they do it manually, one by one. It must be something they insert into the system that turns profit into loss. Honestly, I thought this wasn't even possible to do with Netrefer, but it seems like it is.

Does anyone know how this is done?
