Is it to much to ask?

I have received 3 emails over the last few months asking to work closer to increase traffic and such. Each time I reply and never ever get a reply back. Now I am having issues setting up my payment method and I'm not sure who to ask because you guys never reply. I have proof so don't say it got lost because I know you guys got it.

Second is the fact that you guys never carried over my payment method from the time you switched to the new program nor did you carry over the $10 free promo I had running prior to the switch. So I never got paid ever and then a player won and my balance was 0. So $800 in deposits and 0 earnings. Great !!!

Our Affiliate team are in touch with you and replied to each email of yours.
You did ask for a deal that we looking into but Christmas and holidays time making everything a little bit slower.
You can always contact us if you want any change in your account and that includes setting up a new payment method.

Please email me all your requests so we can do the changes.
