    Hello,
    So, it is now the 15th of April, and still haven't been paid from G-3.
    Just about every month, it's another excuse.
    I understand that problems arise, but when Cherlyann was there, I never had these issues.

    I think their whole system is flawed.
    The website works about 25% of the time, I can only check my stats once in awhile when it wants to work.
    We have been promised for a long time now, that the two websites would be merged, and that hasn't happened yet.

    Another thing is, I know it's been awhile, but they had a Valentine's promotion offered to their affiliates, in 2008, to win prizes.
    The prizes were never given, and no explanation was ever offered to us.

    Also, they launched a new casino, and I am sure that we are not getting credit for our players who have migrated over to Quatro. Why not? It's only fair.

    It's a combination with alot of issues, that leaves a bad taste in my mouth with Playshare/G-3.

    Thank you for letting me vent, it's been a long time coming.
    Come on G-3, get your act together please!

    Hi GRUNT82,

    We realize that G3 payments are later than usual this month, but we are furiously working on getting these out as quickly as possible, as we fully understand that nothing is more important to affiliates than getting paid

    To be honest, we have been hit by some glitches this month, which have made life a little more difficult, but I assure you that these are out of our direct control, and we are doing all we can to get everything back up to full steam ahead. In addition to this, we have just come out of the long Easter weekend...

    Payments will be processed shortly, I assure you.

    Regarding your other concerns, let me try to deal with them as best I can in this forum.

    Firstly, I can say that affiliates WILL and DO get credit should players be cross-sold to Quatro Casino - we do not condone shaving, skimming, or any other form of cheating tactics! There are a great number of affiliates that have already benefited from our cross-sell strategy, and I don't believe that your certainty is warranted in this instance.

    Additionally, the integrated PlayShare Partners affiliate program is nearing completion, and is in the process of being beta tested. A launch date of end April/beginning May has been set by us, and we will do all we can to make this target. Believe me when I say that all of us at PlayShare Partners want this new program as much as you do! In the meantime, the login and stats issues you're experiencing on G3 Partner are being urgently investigated, and a resolution should be forthcoming. We understand and appreciate your frustrations wholeheartedly, and are doing everything we can to sort things out on this front.

    And, lastly, I am afraid I cannot comment on the Valentines promotion, but will find out more information about this, and feedback to you.

    Whilst I understand that things are not always smooth-running, we still endeavor to operate the program with integrity, honesty and transparency. In this regard, I thank you for voicing your concerns, and hope that my response will go some way to reassuring you that we are still very much operational. As an aside, our brands are converting better than ever, and lots of affiliates are putting up better numbers than ever before.

    FWIW, I checked my records and see that I was paid for the last 5 months via QT on the following dates: 11, 9, 16, 13, 13. While the payment date seems to be trending later in the month, payments are being made (well, to me at least ). For me, I don't start getting upset until the 21st (3 weeks seems reasonable to me to get everything squared away and to pay affiliates).

    Also FWIW, I've been in this industry for nearly four years... I've always found the folks at Playshare / G3 to be among the most responsive and most helpful in the industry. Yes, they need to get the technical side of things working more smoothly so that reports run quickly and predictably. Yes, we've heard for some time about an integrated reporting system that still hasn't arrived. But at least they own up to these issues and address our concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    The announcement of a single Affiliate Site for all products was actually done 17th November 2006.

    The login problems are ongoing and were first reported here in the forums in Feb 2008.

    I did not list the links for those 2 threads since they are both within the private GS/Playshare forum.

    The login and pulling stats issue has never been cleared up....and we have been waiting for over 2 years for the combined program so you can see where the frustration comes from.

    Quite right, Rick... this has been a looooong time in the making! When PlayShare acquired Grand Mondial (nee Monaco), one of the first intentions was to integrate the affiliate programs.

    The casinos' growth has been absolutely phenomenal, and this really skyrocketed in late '07/early '08. The existing systems were not geared for the huge influx of affiliates, traffic and players experienced, hence the server timeout errors.     Absolutely, Rick... I won't deny that As I mentioned in my first post in this thread, we are equally as frustrated, and cannot wait for the new system to be up and running.

    It has been a long haul, but we are nearly there! I want to thank all of our affiliates who have been so supportive, patient and understanding through these sometimes difficult times. We really do hope it'll be worth the wait!

    I think this is a very productive thread and want to thank everyone for their matureness and willingness to speak their mind without getting nasty. And i want to thank Lawrence for responding quickly and without being defensive about the questions being asked, that just shows his willingness to help as much as possible, and his respect for the affiliates.

    Very nice, and this is why i stick with G3 and playshare, compared to some other groups, they are Tops.

    Hi, yes I was paid on the 17th.
    As far as us affiliates, getting credit for our players migrating to Quatro, how do we see the reporting on that?
    The G-3 website is for that casino, and Playshare website is for CasinoShare and PokerShare.
    I am confused.

    First off, thank you for your comments - they really are much appreciated.

    Secondly, I am very glad that you did get paid

    And, lastly, you should be able to see your Quatro Casino stats on the G3 Partner website. The casinos are seperated in the Earnings and Player Reports.

    I still am not able to see my stats...I get an error page.
    It is hit or miss with the website, and has been for a long time.
    Any idea when this will be fixed or changed?
