    Default Littlewoods Bingo player base lost

    I have little choice but to come to the forum to advise affiliates to be careful when dealing with G2 . I have had repeated emails completely ignored .

    G2 advised me that they had "lost " my littlewoods player database and where working on a fix re this issue. This is an issue from mid December last year.

    As of right now G2 have not remedied the issue - i have not had any earnings credited to my "new affiliate account at G2" and are completely ignoring emails re info re the matter.

    What is going on G2 ?

    I think the real news here is that you actually have a G2 site with a player base to start with. Horrible converters and retention usually. Hope they sort it out for you.

    they have made a right crap job of moving all my stuff over from Stminiver or whatever it was. I gave up with them in the end, total waste of time as far as Im concerned, see the email thread I done on here, well.......

    There has been no response re this issue from G2 at all . Can an Forum Admin please point this thread out to G2 . Are these people to busy to respond to things ?

    How on Earth can they manage to loose an entire database of players ? How many affiliates has this happened to ?

    G2 are reportedly a massive company - so massive that they dont seem able to respond to either emails or threads on forums that they run.

    i can't be bothered to hi-jack someone elses thread but I've dealt with this bloke at St Miniver, Madhusudhan Chokkanna, and he couldnt explain why only 2 accounts have been carried over and no others have. Really poor. my site is thebookiesoffers.co.uk and i'll forward you the last email I had and you can go from there. to say I am unhappy though is a massive understatement

    Sorry for the late but I haven't received any email from you... sorry!
    Its not really possible for you to have got any emails as this has been carrying on for months and youve only just started, but im sure youll be given every chance to correct things . As per thebookiesoffers response - i am in the same situation.

    Can you explain how it is that for a number of years i have earned every month from Littlewoods Bingo and now as per Madhu my affiliate account DB has not been moved to the new G2 account . What is being done about it and when is this going to be finalised.

    I have no problem playing out this particular scenario in public - my user account name for the St Miniver account was : user: bingostreet

    My user for the g2 account is : username: bingostreet

    I look forward to hearing from you Giuseppe here at this forum.

    Hi giuseppe

    Have you got any feedback re this situation ? It has been over a week now and there has been no update re this issue.

    What is happening . I would prefer it if things could not be resolved to be offered a payment rather than to wait and wait and wait and wait .

    I am finding it incredible that for a company the size of G2 a situation like this can carrry on for months.

    Please advise

    How is this issue being fixed ? Can we have details re this please. It has now taken 4-5 months for this to reach this stage so i would like details of the fix.

    This is not a matter of inconvenience - what it is , in short - is a loss of income for marketing spend that i have put in. You guys now have the players - why should i have to beg and plead for my income.

    I find it amazing that so many Aff programs dont get this. I am a little disappointed with G2 - i thought they would have been better at this.

    unbelievably I got an email yesterday asking to me to email (again) some other affiliate manager the details of what has gone on. er, no, you all have the details of what has happened so Im not running around again. very disappointed how this has been handled

    You both have all the reasons to be disappointed, and of course don't need to 'beg and plead' for your income, but such issues are imperative while migrating 5000 affiliate and 26000 trackers to a new platform, unfortunately you both have discovered that inconvenience...
    It is our priority, on top of our list.

    At the moment I can only promise you that everything will be fine sooner than you think, we've already sent the payments owed, and still working on it, as usual. It happens to us too, sometimes, to have some problem or delays, but as already said, everything is going to be alright

    Unfortunately, not yet.
    I understand your frustration, but the only thing I can do at the moment it's wait for responses from the network, In my position I have no ability to do more, I look after for different brands and I addressed you to who of competence.
    I reported the issue to whom it may concern and I can ensure you they are doing all the best to sort it out as soon as possible.
    I do apologise again for what happened but some times those problems help us to do better next.
