Dutch gambling regulator, Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has directed 13 gambling operators to adhere to payout regulations after an investigation revealed they were not fulfilling their license requirements.
KSA found that nine online operators were hindering payouts to customers, and four others were suspected of doing the same. The Dutch Gambling Act mandates that player payout requests be processed immediately and unconditionally.

Following this investigation, it summoned 9 providers to stop using unauthorised conditions. There are also 4 providers that received a warning. The Ksa did receive signals about these providers, but their regulations do not state that they use unauthorised conditions.
All 13 providers must confirm in writing that they do not use minimum amounts or wagering requirements.
