on October 25, just before the system went down, I made a snap shot of the system.
As you can see the netgaming dropped suddenly in 375 min without betting, no deposit.
I sent an email to my affiliate manager and support, no one responded. David came to tell us that soon everything would be normal. David even called me. He said that I basically had nothing to say about how our customers get a bonus!!!. I tried to explain to him the situation, "I want to explain the situation to you". He was so pissed off on the phone and told me give me a few days I'll get back to you. well, nine days left and no one calls back or whatever.

Was released on November 6. Netgaming casino is back from minus 375,16 back into to 0.01. The player has had recived 375.16 in bonuses.
I believe that the deposits of the player with the system error is not incorporated into the syst, see my explanation in photo 2 and conclud your self.

David send me an email:

As the player in question TVR12******* has a high VIP level (VIP 17) he got a manual bonus inserted in his account. This is something that occurs from time to time".

Wel, I asked him to enable players details (Like TVR12345678 what ever) in my account so I can see my self! Thats not possible because he had the information from another department, he told me!

The story they made here is very interesting:

A player did play after months of not having played $417, first the player receive 30% bonus and then a VIP bonus of $375 extra bonus, in all, $500 in bonus on a deposit of $417 representing 125% bonus on every deposit, and we call him a VIP player, case closed!!!

Anyone who has emails of 21nova can see that the promotion in October was as follows:

A 30% bonus up to $ 150 on your first deposit of the day
A bonus of 40% to $ 150 on your second deposit of the day
A 50% bonus up to $ 450 on your next deposits of the day

Lets see, we have 3 deposits of $139 each.
-first deposit = 30% must be 41 he got that.
-second = 40% must be 55,60 he got 41 so missed 14,60 in bonus
-3rd= 50% must be 69,50 he got 41 so he missed 28,50 in bonus

Lets check the balans:
-Player recived 125,10 in bonus but had to be $41+$55,60+$69,50=$166,10 in total. The different is $166,10 - $125,10= $41 !

But you know what, we just gave him another $375,16 in bonus, because we are nice to our players

I feel that a question of integrity is a worthy enough reason to appear on the forum.

I have spoke to the retention team and they have told me why they gave this player a manual bonus.

He had a good value with an average Bonus ratio.
Recently, he was handled successfully by the VIP Manager:
? He was inactive for a month (since 09/2011) and we sent him an offer to come back online
? Player replied positively as he came back and deposited following to this offer
? Bonus was credited accordingly.

I understand where you are coming from and let me assure all is above board and ok. I have seen how much this player has lost over the last 2 years. I think it would be best if I send you the total amount over in a personal email.

Furthermore I will see if for 1 day I can open up the player stats to you so that you can see for yourself.

everyone has gone here for the day so I will get this opened for you tomorrow.

David, thanks for your mail. We seek here no quarrel, but we want to reach a point.

I do not know how big this celebrity player is but I got 39 Real players in one year time and 8300 in deposit in 12 months time period.

I do accept your passion let me say that. If you want to find out what happend please do so tomorrow.

Oh 1 more thing, you can also check from time to time why WH Mobile is not tracking and not sending the affiliate code with it?

Hi Gok,

There is no quarrel here. You have a question and I am here to help you understand it.

In my last personal eamil to you I told you the player has been playing since 2009. So pulling the stats for this year does not give you the full picture. In the email it also states how much this player has lost over this period. So now you know and you will be able to see for yourself tomorrow

Also just for you to know, a real player is a player that signed up but not necessarily deposited. I also do not want to publicly anounce these figures.....

I will be more than happy to go through this and any other issues you have tomorrow, but ony through the correct channels.

I thank David that I could see the players details.

One player had 2x deposit 6x bonus, (?)
This player (pic) had 3x deposit 4x bonus.

My doubts have started with you guys when you started to work with 3 systems:

cpays.com, (access is closed)
affiliatesunited.com (access is closed)
affutd.com

While one system to another showed different stats and another amount.
Anyway why should there be doubts about a system if all is working fine?
There was even a time, when players played at a casino and they closed of the casino software, got a popup to another casino brand but the affcode did not go forward.

Now see the mobile players, the affiliate code is not been sent forward, from one casino brand site to the mobile casino brand site. The conclusion is that you still have a lot to improve. I'm not the only one writting about you guys, there are other topics on this forum. Compared with Euro Partners you are MUTCH MUTCH better.

Hi Grem,

If you are using mobile links the tracking is working perfectly. We had some issues for sports & integrated casino but they are now working properly too.

If your site is using mobile links for moibile users then you will not have any issues.

My intention is not to bring this club into discredit. But, if you have an iPhone, go to your own website, click on one of the random banners from Affutd, you will be redirected to the WH Mobile Casino, now press the play button.
