Default How to find affiliate programs for beginners?

    Hello fellow GPWA members!

I've tried to apply for a few affiliate programs over the few weeks, but I've encountered the same pattern: no answers. I don't have traffic because the site building process is still ongoing. I understand that my site or current situation may not be convincing from the perspective of affiliate managers. However, a significant part of the site would involve reviewing certain types of casinos and bonuses, etc., so I need to be accepted to programs to write about them and further develop my site.

The casinos I'd like to write about should meet one or more of these criteria:

    • Welcome bonus -->No wager free spins with deposit or with wager requirements.
    • Welcome free bets with deposit.
    • Crypto casinos.
    • Multiple payment methods.
    • Fast withdrawals.
    • Clean and smooth gaming experience.
    • Cashback.
    • No deposit welcome bonus.
    • Target areas: Northern Europe, Europe, GEOs with some knowledge of english.

How should I proceed from here? I believe it would be almost necessary to have some casinos featured on my site before I officially go live with it.

    Thank you.

To get the most useful comments, it'll probably be necessary to see what you've done so far and where you are heading. Consider posting the site URL here (or for review on the site reviews thread).

But you do not need to have an affiliate relationship to write about a specific casino. If you know what casinos you want to cover, then cover them and apply later when it looks like you're making progress.

The limitations/risks in that approach are you won't be able to use their provided creatives (so you'd have to create some images, but that's not necessarily bad because unique images have the potential to help you), and ofc the risk that you write about the casino, do eventually get traffic, and they still don't respond (but...if that casino is important to be covered to make the site authoritative, then arguably you need to cover it anyway).

A further risk...you do get traffic before you have an affiliate relationship in place. But I'd suggest that's probably a low risk.

Perhaps list those you've applied to so far and got no response, then others here will have better ability to suggest alternatives.

I completely agree with Chaumi. You don't need to have a specific number of featured casinos to go live; I believe you just need to start, get the ball rolling, and build from there.

I'd love to take a look at your site and the message you're sending out. I handle a large volume of messages daily, and sometimes I've come across some that may be from very talented and hardworking people but are written in a way that automatically makes you think it is a proposal not worth reading through (or even spam). It's tough because I've been on both sides, but how we "sell" what we do carries much more weight than some of us realize.

Okay, thank you for the answers. One question that comes to my mind instantly: Is it worth writing about big and trusted sites, for example, kindred group or BML group casinos because they will not partner up with small doers and the whole casino advertising thing is kind of in the grey zone whats considered legal and whats not. Internet is full of sites that targets my country without hesitation so seems like its not that big of a deal for my goverment. The point is that these bigger casinos what I mentioned dont want to be associated with me because I live in the "target" country, and not in Malta where the casinos operate. As it would make any difference where you are located if the target is the same(?). Its also probably related to upcoming license system in my country and not wanting take any risks, well there is not much reward for them so i get it. On the other hand I know that some casino affiliates live in my country and they got deals from "semi" big casinos so definitely some make deals with us. Maybe I review bigger sites and try to also find some smaller and trustworthy sites who are willing to partner up with me.

Currently, there isn't much to show because it's still so unfinished, but when I progress, I'll make it public here. A little off-topic question: Is it worth creating a bilingual site? There's content that needs to be written in my main language, and then there's content that could be written in english to benefit larger audience. Or should I create separate websites for each language?

    Thanks.

Have a look around the GPWA, there are a few thread topics that cover the multi language question rather well.

I agree with the others, once you have a small bit of direction go ahead and get started. As long as you have at least a few operators to promote you should be fine. And you are correct, as you continue to look at more sites you may just find the perfect gem of a program that will work well on your site.

As for the suggestions on asking for a review, it's ok if it is a project currently in development, and you might get some tips to help greatly. Just start a thread in the forum at https://www.wmcash24.com/forum/affiliate...e-reviews.html and be sure there is a link. If it goes in to the moderation que, it will get approved usually within a day.

Found a few threads where language is discussed in more detail. There are more scattered in various discussions.

Do you run a website in your native language or in a foreign language?

When I started with casino affiliate marketing, I did not have a website, so I found an affiliate program that do not require a website - Rewards Affiliates. It is a great place to start.

The recommended geo targeting countries with Rewards Affiliates are: Canada, New Zealand, UK, Finland, Austria and Ireland.

    Good luck!
Did you know that UK Casino Club at casinos.fyi is not available only for UK players? Check out also more online casinos like Quatro Casino, Nostalgia Casino, Casino Classic, Yukon Gold Casino, Zodiac Casino, Captain Cooks Casino and slot games like Immortal Romance.

Best to build a website first. I tried this before signing up before a website was built and the affiliate managers didn't care and only wanted to see a live site.

I asked why not approve if I showed them plans and one affiliate manager said they get fraud and spam a lot.

Find programs that do not really require a site or okay with WIP, or mention in the comments its work in progress. The big ones probably wont touch you but there are many others that will, you just need one and then list all their brands and then the next one will see you at least have a relationship. The new ones will take anything. You most likely wont be able to negotiable a CPA deal or anything from their standard commission structure. But once you established you can start making your demands. Good luck
