High Affiliates not paying commission since Aug 2021

Hello everyone,

We have tried multiple times to resolve this with several affiliate managers from High Affiliates. And since not sucessfull, we do not know where else to ask for help.

High Affiliates owe us over 1k in rev share since August 2021 and simply not communicating.

Does anyone has payments issues with High Affiliates? Anyone else work or has worked with them in the past?

Didn`t encounter this problem in High Affiliates. I hope it will be solved anyway

Same here... small amounts (but over threshold) remains unpaid for a couple of months now

Last payment I see from them arrived on April 2022 for March BUT since than we have commission including but not paid.. I'll need to check as well why they haven't paid.

That's well over a year ago now. What raises my suspicion is the fact that they don't bother to even at least communicate anything to their affiliates, which just spells rogue to me.

I, and probably most of those writing here, have one fundamental question, why are you not paying? Not only that, but you often do not reply to emails and messages....

Your T&Cs:

4.2 Fee Payment
We will pay you Advertising Revenue on a monthly basis, by the 15th of the next calendar month. If you fail to achieve the minimum amount of €100 Advertising Revenue on a certain month, the earned amount will be forwarded to the next calendar month. All payments will be due and paid in Euro (EUR) currency. In case of a negative balance, negative carry over will not be performed by default. Advertising Revenue will be based upon our good faith calculation based on our statistics. The exact payment method is chosen by the affiliate through a prior agreement with Us.

Taking all of the above into account, any arrears should be paid with interest, in accordance with EU/UK law.

Still waiting for payments (2 invoices unpaid). I'm sending you reminders almost every week and no progress at all. Could you please confirm the payment here!???

Note, the first invoice is very old - commission earned in 07.2022... at least 3 months delay.

Is High Affiliates a serious affiliate programme? I'm asking because I can't bear to see someone repeatedly failing to keep their word and ignoring/avoiding contact....

Previously there were promises like: today, tomorrow, this week, at the beginning of next month, and now silence.... Yes Silence, even though they read messages and are available online.

Kindly let me know if you are going to pay commission to your affiliates as stated in your terms and conditions? Or do you care little and will continue to delude us with excuses?

In view of the above, please let me know when the outstanding commission (with interest) will be paid in accordance with EU/UK law?
