Just saw your post while I was replying to your email. Even though I replied to your email within 5 minutes and solved the issue for you within 10 minutes of your first email
As mentioned earlier, no links has been disabled, nor your account has been suspended or made inactive.
Here is the issue:
We are actually migrating Bingozino brand to our network from G2affiliates. Since you had an account with G2 Affiliates for Bingozino brand, it seems you now have 2 accounts with us with same username (strange I know), since we have migrated all the existing accounts live with Bingozino brand to Excel Affiliates.
Therefore, you now have two accounts with us and you logged into the account which we migrated for Bingozino and hence you couldn't see the stats for Conquer Casino and Hippozino.
To clarify things for you, I will just email you your login details for both your accounts i.e the account for Bingozino and account for all other brands (Conquer/Hippozino etc). Both have same username but passwords are different.
I see you just made a post on GPWA just now despite we trying to help you to solve the issue so promptly (within 10 minutes of your first email) and assuring you that the link is valid and working and being tracked on your site. I hope this resolves the issue for you. If not, please let me know.

Unfortunately in email answer you said that everything works fine, but does not work, and please do not tell history: "I fixed" because you said that the all is working properly, but again I see my account not work properly, and only here and now you said on "on migration to/in another program"
anyway thanks for the information about the migration, but could you tell me about it in an email to me, and do not create stories some like you fixed and you help and I wrote a post on gpwa, because it's not true.

Yes Rafal it does. You have logged in to the Bingozino account! I have reset the password for both the accounts and and just sent you an email. Also, you did not give me even 10 minutes to write you an email and explain the issue to you before you made a post about it I was mentioning the "migration" issue to you on the email !
Please use the login details that I have sent to log in to your Conquer Casino and Hippozino account and you can see all the stats and marketing materials my friend.
I repeat , we have not disabled your account or the links. You can see all the impressions and clicks for both these casinos in your account clearly. Please use these new login details that I have sent you and let me know if they still do not work.

No it is totally alright Thank you for actually highlighting this issue. We will work on it and see to it that no more of our affiliates face this issue due to the migration of the Bingozino brand that is happening
