Default EGO / Redkings affiliate program refuse to pay

Just a warning for everybody out there.

EGO (EGamingOnline.com) with brands like Redkings, Bet Redkings, €u Casino and Slots Magic is a company you dont want to be working for.

A affiliate manager named Maria contacted me and we talked back and forth untill we got a deal done.

She confirmed the deal that would pay me x€ every month + revenue share and the deal was on 3 months.

After only 10 days she sent me a e-mail that they will not be paying me anything and that I can remove the banners and links.

They say that my site converted bad but other bookies with the same exposure have been happy all the months before Redking. My guess is that their site converts really bad.

For exampel the translation to Swedish on the site looks like its mostly beeing done by Google Translate or someone who dont have it as their first language.

I asked for them to at least pay for the days that they have been live but they refuse claiming that her boss will refuse all payments to me since they did not get what they wanted after just 10 days.

So now I lost a month since I turned down other bookies for this ad space and they will not pay anything.

So a warning, dont trust EGO / Redkings when they try to get on your site.

They cut you off on revenue share, cpa, outof nowhere and play games shaving too. I have seen actual proofs by two friends. They even admit they do it openly!!!!

I was on CPA with them and yes, they probably shave a lot. I don't promote them anymore, they seem to be really shady.

Your member name sounds German. You are not able to write private messages here at GPWA in the moment, because you need more posts, but I am very interested in your story.

If you want to tell me details in German, then please use the contact form on my website (roulettezeitung.com). Perhaps I have to draw the necessary consequences. You can write anonymous if you want.

Was this a cpa agreement or was it a flat rate type of deal?

Did they provide a reason, such as low player value, users signing up from the same ip or subnets, attempted player fraud, excluded countries or any other reason?

The fact that they let you know within 10 days of their intention to cancel shows they had no intention of trying to get long term free traffic from you. I understand that this is not ideal, but many times in the past other places have not been so quick.

I'm curious if you had an insertion order/contract signed by an authorized person at EGO. I learned a long time ago from my boss.....we don't guarantee traffic and we have a signed contract before we put you where you want to go on the site.

I joined their program some time ago, just to try out promoting some casinos. They also had BetRedKings brand, so I published couple of links and reviews, but didn't give them much exposure on my betting site. All links/creatives were there under my affiliate account like rest of the casinos, so it was logical to assume it was ok to promote them.
Just few days ago I noticed I had 2 players 300+ income from these players, but 0 revenue. I asked them and they told me: "There was no deal confirmed for BetRedKings: this is why you have not earned any rev share commission for BetRedKings." Later they added that BetRedKings will be closed by the end of this month. But I still get 0% revenue from the players I've already brought in, because "we had no deal confirmed or set up for them". To this I asked them to send these players their deposits back then, since they did nothing to acquire them.
So this is how these people do business in 2019.
I don't care much about 80-100 usd loss, cheap lesson for me. But seriously, BIG FK U, how do you show face?

Just my two cents to add: last September (2018 ) I noticed a message 'For Know Your Customer (KYC)' asking to upload scans of my docs to identify me. OK, I did. Seven months passed, the review status is still 'pending'. Good trick to freeze payments. I don't send traffic to them anymore, just a warning to other affiliates.

I sent the docs over and my account was approved. Don't do much with these guys, no brands seem to convert that well.
