EFBet / Income Access - (Merged thread EFBet behavior)

The problem.

1.) EFbet don't pay affiliate commission because affiliate must follow 7/2 rule.
7 - active players, + 2 new players every month.

2.) 7 active players no problem. The problem is - 2 new players, because EFBet affiliate links
(Income Access) software from my point of view ~ since May 2018 don't setup affiliate cookies and don't track new players.

3.) I wrote several emails to EFbet affiliate managers - no reply, no response.

Yesterday, here in GPWA we check this link (thanks Sherlock). Here the results:

The problem is, that EFbet team keep silence. No reply to emails, no comments...

Yes, Efbet is full of sh*ts. At the moment works only aff links with "adid=289"

I will give you an example what Is happening with their system. For over 2 months I have had over 600 clicks and only 2 regs, which seems too strange. We have to make a full fuss about it, or they will close their eyes and will pretend like nothing happened.
Regarding my upper example , I would have had between 6 - 15 registrations.
I have emailed the 5 times and have spoken over the phone, but receive only ****** answers.

Is it possible for GPWA to send request to Income Access to this situation (EFBet affiliate program work on Income Access software)?

As i know, EFbet affiliate team have official reply from Income Access that all work fine. But this is not true. This is very big scandal. This is not problem only for me, for stanislav_ov or drifter8. I suspect that all affiliate traffic to EFbet, the biggest east european gambling operator did not count players for affiliates at least within several months.

This may be the strong impact to EFbet / Income Access reputation if they don't solve this ASAP. Once again - all affiliate traffic from most links did't count within several months.

If somebody know Bulgarian language, may you please describe summary ot this thread? We must grab more attention to this situation. Otherwise it will be circle. We will write to affiliate managers about this, they will reply that all is ok.

I understand that technical problem may happend sometimes. But i don't understand why we don't have any reaction from EFbet?

I wrote to efbet + to Income Access and we will check what will happen in the several days. Because you can imagine what issue will happen it all the Income Access brand are affected.
It is not a virus, but a massive disaster.
We have to see what both companies will do in future, If income access also go and hide in the bushes, I will remove all the brands with their software from my sites.
Actually it is a joint-venture crime situation.

So, Moonlightcat opened a theread nearly a week ago about the theft and cheat both above mentioned companies are doing ( I think this is happenng for a purpose for at least 6 months of time).
I will try to be short but all the ignorance I am getting from both parts is giving me a lot of nerves.

Two weeks ago I sked few friends to create accounts through my banners of one of my site www.toppix12fix.com( the exact number is 5), because in a 2 moths period before this issue, I had over 500 clicks and only 1 registration.

In 24 hours in their system , I saw only 1 detected registration.( 80 % lost by their fault). The other four had dissapeared in the haze. Efbet kept telling me it is all ok and all is working fine now, but do not wanting to add my players.
I have also gave a brief information to Income Access, and they confirmed that the cookie got broken in one of my link in the banners indeed. So there was a piece of hope something will change now in a postive direction.
It was just a hope for 24 hours. For two days now, no one is responding to my mails from both parts.
I appeal to all of you who are using Income Access and are affiliates of Efbet to check everything with their account or to proceed a small tests. This is a serious issue and I want all to come to a good end and all of us- affiliates to get compensated.
I did not believe it , but this is coming so massive problem and both parts are just closing their eyes and waiting all to sleep away.

P.s I have also sent my signal to AFG and I am waiting what the result will be.

IA/Skrill/Neteller (Paysafe Group) - this lot has been dicing for years, mostly the players by blocking their accounts/denying winnings. Now they are also "slowly" but surely doing the same with affiliates through their Income Access operation. It will start with small ones, until they start shaving the big guys (affiliates that bring in large volume).

Not many affiliates know or care, but there are thousands of complaints regarding skrill/neteller not paying out winnings. I suspect they are in cahoots with with the operators (casino, sports, forex etc.).

And to top it off, they are themselves affiliates who also happen to take payments from gamblers through Skrill/Neteller; conflict of interest looks the other way here.

Here's complaints from normal player accounts of Skrill/Neteller. Unfortunately, due to the size of affiliates working with Income Access - not many seem to be talking about this massive rigging.

This is the time to stay stern and not to let them slip all away. I hope many others are reading, because at the end of the day it is a question about money and commissions. My next step will be to remove all programs which use Income Access.
I guess some of the biggest affiliates are now on vacation in Bulgaria, but sooner or later they will catch the mismatch in figures.
Regarding the complaints of Skrill/Netteler accounts' users - I am positive that casinos, sports books and forex companies are playing that dodgy games with Paysafe.
This situation will not have to be left in silence or just forgotten, they both ( efbet and Paysafe) count on it.
I am speaking of big steal of money and commission, you can imagine big affiliates who are having 100 -200 FTD a month, with that ****** Income Access platform are having 10% as real customers at the end of the month.

Skrill/Neteller fill a void where casinos can't charge cards in certain countries (Asian, Muslim countries) or when they have credit card processing problems. There wasn't much of an issue because they acted OK with the companies and affiliates accounts.

However, with the purchase of Income Access, PaySafe can now pretty much take on the affiliates as well. Sooner or later, they will become a problem for larger affiliates, when they begin to dodge them.

Thanks for your support and opinion related Malikbhai.
I am determined to solve this issue, because this is not the way how business is been doing. Paysafe are having office in Sofia- Bulgaria and I would personally take this issue to resolvement.
If we remain silent, this is not the answer to that theft.
Also I totally agree about Asia and Middle East.

I am contact BG affiliates to do the same in other forums as well. Yes, it will be not a problem at all to create such one in Bulgarian.

What Efbet are currently saying to you Moonlightcat?

To me is complete silence for 48 hours.

Efbet have made hard times for me. They are not detecting right the new registrations. I have posted another thread in the forum, but want to give advices to the new affiliates to not start business with them.
The case is as following, I decided to test hot their tracking system is working, because in the previous 3 months I had over 500 clicks with a single new sign-up which seemd to wird for me. SO few weeks ago I have asked 5 friends to create account through the banner of one of my site. Till now all seem to be in perfect order.

After 72 hour I sa only one registration in my affiliate platrom, which actually drived me mad. 4from 5 lost by their fault, you can imagine about what a big cheat I am speaking about. I kindly asked them to add my 4 players and to pay me the commission owed - I hit the side post..... They were blaming Income Access about the case and gave me advice to test another account whcih I am having with that provider ( what a ridiculous advice).
But I am was determined to get the things to a winning conclusion. I started a long correspondence wth Income Access, who actually admitted that there is a probem with the ' cookie" in the banner, ,meaning that in some cases the percentage of lost players could be nigher then 80 %. So a kind of small hope appeared on my window... But...
In 48 hours both Income Access and Efbet remained silent and IA asked efbet to solve my case the best way they can. Not the solution for me is - " Enjoy the silence".
I also have posted a signal to AFG ( Affiiate guard dog) and still waiting for their response. The funny thing is that problem persists for quite a lot of time and we - affiliates lose a lot.
So my kind advice is to beware from efbet affiliate program and programs who are using Income Access Platform. Both companies are togther in that theft.

The same situation is with many affiliates, but they do not raise voice. We have to be more and united, and to change the " status quo" .

Sooner or later we will win, I will be definitely persistant and stern.

I will not let them lie to us this time and hope that guys from Income Access also read this thread, because they are the main "suppliers" of this huge issue.

@ Moonlight cat and all the guys who "suffered" from this scenario by IA and Efbet.
Efbet have just added the old registration without the gaming activity , which is kind of incorrect.
However - this is not the right way that proble should get solved.
Would appreciate if someone got the players added + their gaming activity.
Also none explained that problem with tracking for how long had existed....
