CPA plan

Hello,

I have recently joined TB Affiliates, and I want to direct all my US and some EU traffic to Golden Spins casino.

I'm currently looking for a CPA deal over the RVS. I see that you have a baseline of $20 with $75 CPA structure on your website.
My account is set for RVS. Please let me know if that can be done, and changed without making a new registration.
