Default Re: TrafficBoyz.com - warning - new CPA cheaters

RookieAff, we would like to thank you for this post this means you are very serious about your relationships you build. And we are responding to this as we take this very serious too.

The clients you are in actual fact referring to regarding your commission have been handed the GAU and unfortunately as mentioned to you on numerous occassions we are waiting for the outcome in terms of the GAU's final decision.

Terry from the GAU have all our legal documents, statistics and everything else they need and thus we are awaiting for a final verdict on this.

It is unfortunate that you feel we have frauded you, which i find very strange - if we were going to fraud you then we wouldn't show you the cpa's in your account. But since we had nothing to hide - we included the cpa's into your account for commission and it has been like this since the beginning.

    Kind Regards,

    Trafficboyz.com

Is there a link that we can use to read about the details of this with GAU?

    Hi there,

We am not sure about this - if GAU have posted it on their site yet, but the process has been that they would gather all the parties information about this case and only then would they make it public.

Unfortunately i am certain if they have posted it on their site yet.

But i will try and find out about it.

    Kind Regards,

Will people ever learn that discrediting companies without correct due diligence is neither helpful to themselves or others (rookieaff).

As I understand it, Traffic Boyz have reported the delinquent merchant to the GAU and informed the affiliate of the status throughout. To label Traffic Boyz as cheaters is simply irresponsible and dare I say the actions of a rookie?!

If there is one person in this industry whose ethics are not in question it is Jason from Traffic Boyz. They are a young company building a brand I strongly suspect that defrauding affiliates (for a few hundred dollars) in this early stage is not part of their business model!

    Hi folks,

As Jason (Traffic Boyz) has stated, the GAU is arbitrating the case between Traffic Boyz and Europartners. It is our policy to handle matters privately until such time as we have achieved a resolution. Unfortunately, in this case, Europartners is dragging their feet. We have had very little luck getting EuroPartners to discuss this issue. So far they have only replied to inform us that their fraud team is looking into the matter.

I have looked over all the documents provided by Traffic Boyz including the contract they have with Europartners and as far as I can see, Traffic Boyz has met or exceeded all requirements of that contract. Unless Europartners provides us with proof of the alleged fraud within the next few days, we will be forced to conclude our investigation. At that time, if Europartners continues to ignore our emails, we will mark them as rogue and publish our report on the affiliate forums (GPWA, PAL, AGD, etc) as well as the GAU website.

We are still hopeful though less optimistic than we were a couple weeks ago, that Europartners will do the right thing in this case and pay Traffic Boyz the agreed upon commissions.

Thank you very much indeed Terry for laying all the facts out loud & clear to us all here at GPWA.

I also agree that is a case of shouting "Fraud" without a care to actually getting all the facts first and is one of the worst "Rookie" error's to be made!!!!!

I standby Jason the owner of Trafficboyz 100% as a honest & trustworthy person.

Its not an easy task to build a new affiliate network with the climate changes in our Industry, but to try and knock a guy down without placing the facts down for all to see is a very bad case of misjustice indeed!!!!

    Thanks Marc.

I just had a brief chat with Marc on skype and he appears to be very committed to clearing this matter up. Marc and I have agreed to talk again in a couple days, once he has had time to look into the matter more thoroughly. I look forward to having good news to report in the next few days.

I want to thank Anthony for putting me in touch with someone at Europartners who is willing and interested in settling this issue in a timely and fair manner. Up to this point it has been a painfully slow experience getting any type of response from them.

    Default Update - RESOLVED

It gives me great pleasure to announce that the issue between EP and TrafficBoyz has been resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

Many thanks to Marc for his willingness to compromise and meet us halfway. It was a pleasure working with Marc and he acted in good faith throughout the negotiation process.

Many thanks to Anthony for his help in getting Marc involved. Without Anthony pointing us in his direction, this may have never been sorted out.

Once we got the discussion under way I took a step back... Jason and Marc worked out the details between themselves. Compromises were made by both parties and despite the severity of the situation, both these guys acted completely professionally throughout. My respect to both of you!

Lastly, I want to apologize to Jason from Trafficboyz and his affiliates for the length of time this took to resolve. Sometimes life gets in the way. Marc was ill. I was under the weather for a while. Family issues... Plus - I do the GAU thing on a voluntary basis and do not receive compensation for my time and effort. Sometimes I need to put things on the back burner in order to actually work on money making projects. Not an excuse, just the reality of the situation.

If Anthony or one of the other mods could change the title of this thread to reflect the "resolved" status, I would be grateful.

    Great job Terry!

I'm happy to see a resolution to this issue as I can vouch that Jason is a stand up guy and not out to harm affiliates or the industry. Thanks to all that helped in this situation.

Well done GAU, EUropartners, Traffic Boys! I am glad yet another CPA issue is now resolved with Europartners!! Great stuff.!!

Marc is a good guy and I am glad it was sorted out.

I would like to make one recomendation and that is for Europartners to please revise their homepage section on Revenue.

Under the CPA column - I really think altering the lines to reflect certain conditions apply need to be placed there in order to stop CPA fraud and non payment issues.

    Just a friendly reminder. Regards
