bankroll4you i have to say you should not have reposted your conversation with the lady from the gambling affiliation, she quite clearly stated that cant fight with them publicy and she will speak with them direct.

PM's, Emails, Chat logs etc should always be kept private unless you have the permission of the other side

Now if you have her permission thats fine but based on what she said i would have thought that unlikely

    Dear Betpartner.

GA should show those facts on forum. Since they did not do it I decided to post it.

Sorry mate but you posted a private conversation and not many webmasters would agree that is the right thing to do.

If affiliate managers know a webmaster is likely to repeat conversations in public without their permission they will be very reluctant to have any dealings with you because of the risk that whatever they say to you in confidence could be repeated in public.

You may well have a strong case here but reposting private conversations is really a no no in my book

Ok, you're right man - I've done this only because GA didn't posted these facts on forum. I'm never posting my conversations with managers,.
We should concentrate on more important things.

I would like to make an announcement and a request here....

bankroll4you has asked the GAU to arbitrate this issue. Therefore, I request that bankroll4youstop posting in this thread while we make an attempt tosort this out.

I would like to open a dialogue with ACF as soon as possible so I'm requesting that whoever is representing ACF in this thread to please email me.

admin @ thepokerkeep.com (remove the spaces)

I would also love to speak with someone from Gambling Affiliation since they should absolutely be representing this affiliate.

    Thanks,

I would not normally publish details of an investigation before reaching a resolution but in this case I'm making an exception.

This issue is not what we normally run into during arbitration. In this case we are dealing with an affiliate who is making the complaint., two affiliate programs, and a casino.

The first affiliate program is Gambling Affiliation. They signed up the affiliate and provide all affiliate support including reports. The affiliate is only connected to them and is not registered with ACF Webmasters. GA is like a super affiliate in the sense that all players referred to the casino come from their tags.

The second affiliate program is ACF - Gambling Affiliation is their affiliate. ACF has no record or relationship with the affiliates under Gambling Affiliation.

The casino in question is Casino Riva. All players in question are linked to this casino.

    Still following me?

Bankroll4you is an affiliate of Gambling Affiliation - not ACF - that has been established beyond doubt.

This issue was first raised on September 22. It took Gambling Affiliation until October 20 to finally make a public statement...

    Hi,

In a way, Gambling Affiliation can understand Casino Riva by the fact that they are having suspicions about the traffic of bankroll4you since this affiliate has almost generated a 100% transformation rate between registartions and deposits. Casino Riva did not say that they are refusing to pay the CPA's, but they just added an extra condition to validate the commissions, which is the demand of the players identities . As soon as the players will send their documents to prove their identities, Riva will pay for the affiliate commissoins.

On the other side, bankroll4you is totally in his right to complain and to ask for full detail report of his players activity and to get prove of it. We need to solve this problem quickly, this is why, we have been asking to our client to provide a real prove of the players activities. If they are definitely bad quality, their should not be any problem to give a proper prove.

    We will let you know.

    Thank you

That's the only public response from GA to date.

I spent the morning chatting with a rep from GA and the impression I get is that they are not interested in helping this affiliate even though they advertise differently on their website.

Getting to the heart of the matter:

    • It appears that GA has made very few attempts to resolve the issue.
    • Casino Riva is withholding payment pending player verification even though according to their terms and conditions they verify players upon sign up and again through the depositing process.
    • The players are either fraudulent or the affiliate has breached the terms by offering unauthorized incentives.
    • No one will confirm which of the above two accusations is the real issue.
    • No proof has been supplied to back up either accusation

To be clear, I am in agreement that the conversion rate in this case is extreme and looks suspicious. BUT - it is still up to Casino Riva to provide proof of the fraudulent activity.

At this moment, the suspected players are still allowed to play, no accounts have been closed or frozen. If there was a suspicion of fraud, why wouldn't Casino Riva freeze the funds in those accounts? This would be the quickest way to force the players to verify their identities. Right?

Each player has made a real money deposit - otherwise there would be no CPA due to the affiliate. During the sign up and deposit process, Casino Riva is supposed to verify the players details. It's stipulated in the terms and conditions. Why wasn't this done?

So far all we have are questions. I will be in touch with ACF today to see if we can get to the bottom of all this and put the matter to rest... even though GA should be the folks handling this.

Hello, I was also affiliate who didnt get money from Gambling Affiliation (casino riva campaign)

Intresting thing for me is what GA do now to solve that problem.
I understand position of ACF in that case, but its a lil bit strange to not pay for most of acounts in June, when you made normal payments in May..

I'm looking forward to seeing GA and ACF staff involved more in that case, very important for many affiliates. Affiliate progammes and we, affiliates should work in friendly atmosphere, it should be kind of symbiosis, but I cant see that here..

    Best regards

Given the information so far, why are they still a sponsor of GPWA. And given the fact that other affiliates are now coming forward with the same story, can Jay Todd please look into making this infomation public via Perspectives Weekly?

    Let's start with facts:

    1) It's one month since there was last post from ACF. No posts during this month.
2)No proofs has been posted by them. They ignored me, GA, GAU which was trying to negotiate with them.
    3) I think the real reason to not pay the CPA is thst some of players won some nice money in their casino and withdrawed cash, so maybe they are on negative balance.
    4) ACF-Webmaster has broke terms of agreement - where it says they will demand ID from every players and that will be a form of traffic verifying?
    5) During those 2 months they accepted 7 players that sent their documents interesting, they are accusing me of fraud traffic and now pay for it?
    6) They've also broke own terms - which demand from them player verification during deposit process.
To sum up - ACF WEBMASTER added extra method od verification (demanding ID from players) and as a effect they just want to save money on affiliate payouts.
I demand fast reaction from forum administration: ACF should be removed from Platinum Sponsors, such a behaviour from them doesn't deserve high position on forum.
To the ACF WEBMASTER - I will inform all medias related to gambling and I will contact french organizations supervising your company.

    Just to clarify...

Bankroll4you first asked the GAU to help him with this but after a few days without a response from ACF, he also asked Anthony to get involved. Anthony contacted Steven (cityguard) who is now attempting to discuss the issue with someone he knows at ACF Webmasters.

Sometimes these things take weeks or months to work out and patience is required by all parties.

I'm sure Steven will post a report when he has something worthwhile to tell us.

In the interim, I do not expect ACF to respond to this thread as it would be counter productive for them to do so.
