Just received an e-mail that Casumo is closing our account even though we are generating revenue. Happening to anyone else?

Yes. Was able to login this morning. After I received their email later today, my login doesn't work anymore (account suspended).
So I cannot even check the trackers / websites I'm sending traffic to them, and I also cannot check the remaining balance.

Blaah... blaaah, blaah....
Yes, several of us have received the message. I just saw this other post, so I think it's something general: https://www.wmcash24.com/forum/casumo-st...ts-265808.html

Whatever happened to "lifetime of the player" because it seems none of these programs are honouring that clause!

It's crazy that after years of supporting and promoting them, they do this.
I hope they enjoy the reviews of their programs that have been updated today. lol

We thank you for your players and we are sooo happy to not have to pay you commission anymore. In 2 years please forget this episode when we need more valued traffic

Since there were two distinct threads covering Casumo closing accounts, we have merged them.

After Betsson, Unibet and a few more, the time has come for thieving practices at Casumo. Now one can only wonder who else will follow suit? LeoVegas, or maybe MrGreen, or?
They cull affiliates on a regular basis. One of the many casinos I am glad I sent little to zero traffic.
From what I am hearing there are not many people remaining at Casumo, and they have moved on to other programs. Whatever the outcome, Casumo will now be forever tarnished. Damage is done.
I just received the following from Casumo. How nice of them to pay balances owed. I wasn't expecting that!
Dear Affiliate,
In relation to the recent affiliate account closure that has affected you, we would like to re-iterate that all outstanding and due commissions earned up to the point of account closure will be paid in full in due course.
We thank you for your patience, understanding and for your partnership with Casumo, we highly appreciate your time and effort invested as a Casumo Affiliate
We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
If you have any queries or questions regarding the above, please contact your Affiliate Manager directly or email us on [email protected].

Nothing worst than being locked out of your account after years.

Painful for you that are affected, I hope you all derive some pleasure directing your traffic to their competitors in the future as they slowly wither as a result of their actions.
Another fraud company that closing accounts and shaving affiliates... it's a shame.. they never performed well, poor conversion, avoid!
I was going to list casumo in around 2019 but I met them at a conference and their attitude to affiliates seemed unsettling. I tried to get a CPA deal with them but they wouldn't do it, thankfully I didn't end up working with them on RS and looks like I've dodged a bullet (for once).
