CasinoCoins doesn't pay 1800$. Cannot contact them.

Hi

Does anyone know how to resolve problems with CasinoCoins.

They make "carry over" several month and I have no idea how to get my $1800 !

I tryed contact them thru they online form and by email - no result.

Very bad ....

I never have a prob getting paid and I will point Nick to this thread if you still need to be paid just let me know. Coins is the only decent group that uses this software and I think Nick does a great job.

Don't stress Sergey, CasinoCoins is one of the oldest programs in the industry. They are a good program and getting paid should not be a problem.

Yes , I think you are right.

Today I had very nice chat with Sabrina Hashmi from CasinoCoins and she promissed me to resolve the problem within one week.

By the way, Aksana thank you very much for Sabrina's ICQ.

Only the ICQ number allowed me to reach Subrina.

If everything is ok I will delete this tread

I am glad that this worked out for you, and I am sure you will be paid.

However, you will not be able to delete this thread, as we don't normally delete threads here.

Once you are satisfied with the outcome all you need do is post that and anyone reading the thread in the future will see that if an issue arises Casino Coins stands ready to take care of it.

More than one month ago they reset my earnings to 0.

I thought it means they sent money.

I have not received check from them.

I see some money from old players in my stats in casinocoins.com, they made “carry over” again.

Just update about this people…

So what seems to be the issue with CasinoCoins and getting their affiliates paid on time ? There was another recent thread posted over at Casinomeister where there had been a long wait for an affiliate to get paid from CasinoCoins...is this the norm for this outfit ?

No, it is not the norm. And you have to realize only isolated cases get highlighted in forums. People who get paid like clockwork don't necessarily post about it...

My account is showing my balance as paid, but I haven't received payment via QT.

This bal has been rolled over for several months, so for it to suddenly show as paid was a surprise.

I'd like to know how and when it was paid, but no one answers emails over there.

It took more than two years for CC to pay me what they owed me (without interest).

I had to file a bitch-a-bitch at Casinomeister when CC was trying to get certified by Bryan.

Casino Coins did not pay me for over two years because Lou Fabaino (the Professor) told them not to.

Granted Sabrina did not work at CC when this first happened and she was responsible for finally sending me the check, but the management is still the same people that will screw you if they get a chance too.

I'd never work with these guys again and I would advise my friends to avoid them like the plague.

LOL yup that about sums it up for me as well. I started hiding everything, sites, names, aff accounts, payment reporting, what programs I support etc... I never get cozy with AM's mainly for this reason, in fact most AM's don't even know I am supporting them. I was tipped off two years about this problem by three AM's.

As for CC getting always paid only if they knew it was me.
