Wasn't going to bother but just saw another thread as well so thought sod 'em
A few months back really had to chase a payment up, in fact it was the first payment they owed me. Got no replies from emails etc from the affiliate team or customer service. managed to get it sorted then the next month earned about ?00, think it was May, never turned up.
Started chasing again, nothing, even the the addresses I'd got a response from last time was nothing. Was emailing all their addresses, marketing, CS, affiliates and getting ignored. Ended up asking a few times on twitter why I should send them players if they don't respond to emails. Still no real help and ended up ringing and leaving an answer phone message.
Woke up to get this email
I apologize for the lack of response to your emails in regards to your request for payment. There was an unfortunate miscommunication between our departments. Some of your emails were directed to Clinton and were subsequently not picked up by our CS Team – (Clinton left the company in May).
I can confirm that your payment has now been processed by our Finance Department. However, in light of your recent comments on Twitter, we have decided to terminate your account with immediate effect.

Didn't send that many players too them any way but come on, really the way to go about business?
